The staff was amazingly fantastic! They had great advice for where to go for breakfast and were helpful with a few other things that came up. The room was clean and spacious.

This hotel is located a bit of a walk from things. I booked it because there was a tram stop nearby and we could take the tram to the different parts of Casablanca. Unfortunately the tram stop was closed because it was under construction. We ended up doing a lot of walking to things.

I liked everything about this property from the price point, to the staff service they absolutely excellent they were very accommodating to me as I’m from the USA they helped me with lots of things I’m very grateful to have chosen this hotel I can not stress enough how helpful everyone was from the concierge too the desk attendant to the house keeping everyone was so helpful also liked the location as it was very close to downtown just a few mins walk I was able to walk to souvenir stores very fast and lots of good restaurant close by as well

Only thing I didn’t like was there was no complementary breakfast maybe something simple would have been nice like sweet pastries, boiled eggs and some coffee but I would have to say this is the only thing I didn’t like

The staff were amazing -- super helpful, made us feel comfortable immediately upon arrival, and were very flexible with our arrangements. We arrived early and they did their best to accommodate us, and they were also willing to hold our luggage for a few days while we traveled to different cities. They also had recommendations for breakfast, knew where most amenities were off-site (e.g., the bank), and called taxis for us to the airport and train station. It's also pretty easy to find for taxi/Careem drivers as its a good location in city center. I had initially only planned to stay one night, but when we needed a place to stay on our way out of Casablanca at the end of the week, I knew I would stay here again. Absolutely wonderful and would stay again next time I fly into Casablanca!

Despite the reviews about the hotel, I was very surprise that everything went really well, the staff are all very friendly kind and helpful. The room was really nice and clean, with a balcony, all great. The only point of concern was that it was a bit noisy due to bad isolation of the rooms, but not disturbed me much. The location is also good, there are many restaurants, metro, and a beautiful park nearby. I strongly recommend this hotel to all guests.

The hotel was better than expected, the staff in general is so kind and friendly, especially the guys at the front desk. They got overbooked, but they offered us a better room at least for a night, and after a couple of days traveling, it was a blessing! The room was so nice, clean and comfortable beds! I had the best rest among all my days in Morocco! Personally, I loved the lobby! Easy to take the public transportation from there.

The hotel is in between a weird neighborhood and a nice one, but we never felt unsafe!

The hotel is in a great location in my opinion tram and buses near by train station also in walking distance. I took a leisurely stroll to Casa Port on a few occasions. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The day I was leaving the porter went and got me a taxi and brought it to the hotel. Overall it’s a well priced hotel compared to others. It would be my first choice if staying in Casablanca as I know what to expect.

Couldn’t connect to the WiFi on my last stay, but it wasn’t something I raised with the hotel so im not complaining.

I had a comfortable stay at Ennesma Hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to major attractions and transport. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience enjoyable. All was great, got a free room upgrade, staff was very nice and helpful, always smiling it was a great stay. The location was nice, it's basically center of the Casablanca, you can go by foot if you want to walk, or you can call a taxi for a cheap price.

there was no breakfast and restaurant. Needed to use an application to order some meal online. However food delivery works fast and there was no problem. Besides it was my mistake that i haven't checked the possibility of breakfast before i arrived, so it's totally my mistake.

The perfect hotel if you are staying in Casablanca! Great location — very easy to reach the city center. The staff are amazing, from the receptionists to the cleaners and the porters. This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it was an excellent experience. Highly recommended!

Our experiences are great, location that is easy to access with ample secure complimentary parking. Short walking distance to many attractions and a quick drive to downtown and food and beverage venues.front desk guys fantastic and manager sifdine give us large room that we requested, Shout out to abdul and badr they're very polite and professional they give us many suggestions to enjoy our staying in the hotel and the city absolutely we will come back there , definitely recommend Eh! .
