Hotel well located, located in the center of Casablanca and Had a nice view of the world's highest mosque Hassan II's mosque very nice staff Hamza, Omar and others at the reception they always help. Excellent breakfast at the restaurant. The rooms, the floor and the toilet were very clean plus the cleaning lady Buuchra she was very good she came to fix my room every day. The room was modern and comfortable with wonderful view to the Grand Mosque of Casablanca. The bed was very comfy. At Restaurant Abid was very helpful and did very good Service. At reception I was serviced very well by Chaimaa. Also kind service at the Bar during the later evening. The Bar has exceptionnel beautiful Videos of places on earth in combination with very beautiful relax music. A very nice place, also to have some Entertainment.

There was actually nothing I want to mention here. Everything was fine. :-)

The staff are always so friendly and our rooms were upgraded which was so special ! Thank you 🙏🏽 ! Special mention of Chaimaa- Karima ! Abid was great also ! And our special luggage treasure who wrapped my plates up for my luggage so they wouldn’t break !! Thank you !!

Breakky could have been better - as we arrived in the last half hour of the breakfast time slot - I felt we should have still had hot milk coffee and pancakes anyway !! We had to ask for them - then we received them .

All the staff were exceptional from check-in to check-out. Our stay was short for an overnight pre-flight stay, but we would have been happy to stay longer. Facilities were great and very clean. Comfy beds with nice linens. We booked two rooms, both very spacious with balconies and room for suitcases, plus a sitting area. Very large and well equipped bathrooms. Location is fabulous, close to trams and walking distance to the Medina and other sights of Casablanca. Would definitely recommend.

Overall cozy hotel with central location. Decent size of rooms, comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. Housekeeping staff keeping the facility very neat, reception staff are very friendly and helpful especially for first time city visitors. Definitely 10 out of 10.

Breakfast was okay but could be better TO include more fruits and vegetables.

Good location near by the main attractions of Casablanca. Large room, comfortable bed, big bathroom with good shower and Bidet!

Noice from the road comes easily to the room even to ours at the 7th floor. Very simple breackfast, not enough veriety. I was dissapointed.

Good area, near and walking distance to a lot of things- central market, the port, markets, Hassan moske. Nice with balcony. The staff was very friendly, great bartenders. Special thanks to the great porters Hicham and Mohammed they were very helpful, serviceminded and always with a smile! We had a great stay and would love to come back!

Breakfast was ok- fresh juice and it would have made the day.

One of the front office staff gave a wrong information about the Train to Marachesh for us, that they are not working on that particular day. We have to go by Bus. It's was a disappointed when we later discover that Train works on that particular day.

A large room with a large comfortable bed, a large desk and a large bathroom with a large shower. Our room on 7th floor was high enough to be out of street noise. The smorgasbord dinner was excellent for €15 p/p. Overall, just a bit of luxury in the crazy city of Casablanca.

We found that while the hotel is reasonably close to the city centre it is a little difficult to get to - especially given we don't have a map of Casablanca. Taxi from train station was Dh100 (the 1st taxi driver tried to sting us Dh220).
