This comfortable and modern hotel is located in central Casablanca und thus ideal for city discoveries on foot. A stop of the reliable tram network as well as the ancient Medina are in a walkable distance 3 blocks away. The spacious room (5th floor) offered a nice view above the roofs. The breakfast featured plenty of original Moroccan food and drinks. The staff was very nice, friendly, helpful and good in foreign languages.

The breakfast room was sometimes left a bit dirty after early guests had left their tables. The hotel is situated at a big road, where pedestrian crossings are a bit tricky due to heavy traffic - but this has to be solved by the city administration via traffic calming or other future proof measures.

The staff were all delightful, my room was comfortable and a good breakfast was served. There were many different types of people staying there, tourists, Moroccans and families.It was very city centre, lots of traffic but it did not keep me awake at night. I could walk to the medina, mosque and lighthouse. The sounds from the mosque were beautiful. The staff were very helpful getting me taxis and suggesting where to eat.

I stayed at the Windsor Hotel for two nights. The location is very central. If you arrive at Casa Port by train, it's only about a 20-minute walk to the hotel. There are a few small supermarkets nearby if you need anything. There are ATMs at the entrance, as payment was only possible with cash. Otherwise, the room was very large with a balcony. I didn't enjoy breakfast because I was always out early. All in all, a recommended hotel for a visit to Casablanca, very centrally located.

Great Stay with Amazing Hospitality

This is my second reservation at this hotel, and once again, I’m so impressed with the excellent service. The staff, especially Meriem, continues to go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. She’s incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and feels like home away from home. They genuinely care about their guests, and it shows in every detail. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

All staff at Winsor Hotel City Center are very friendly and helpful. I would like to make special mention about Adil at the Front Desk who made my stay very pleasant and helped me in guiding the routes how to move around the city to reach different places I needed to visit for the purpose of my trip to Casablanca. I would like to mention about Yasser too for his friendliness and helping attitude in this regard. All the staff who prepared and served Breakfast are very caring.

The helpfulness of the staff at the counter was very much appreciated. Unfortunately, we ran into severe traffic problems as we were trying to get back to the airport and if it had not been for the help. We would not have made our connection. We very much appreciated this as we did their helpfulness in general and directing us around the immediate location. The property is located in a very central place with access to all the immediate restaurants and sites. Highly recommend and great value for the price.

The staff was very helpful and nice, the room was very comfortable, especially the beds. There was a mini fridge where we could keep our drinks cool, as well as a working ac. The breakfast was very good, a mix of European and Moroccan dishes/pastries.

The hotel is situated next to a very busy road and a roundabout, and the insane traffic doesn't stop even at night. At 3am we could still hear a lot of traffic noise, so that is something to be aware of.
