The staff was great and very helpful, from the doormen to the lady who is cleaning your room, and the location is great. The room was spacious and clean. I have stayed here twice and this is the place for me when I'm in Casablanca. Nice restaurants nearby and other shops

Spacious Room in lively but quiet neighbourhood. Extremely nice personnel. I received a lot of suggestions where to go to get different types of foods, places to visit etc. Really a nice experience. I was able to visit everything by foot. Walked 18km a day, but it was nice.

I booked a room to the garden. I was "upgraded" to a room that turned out to be facing the street. That's not really optimal, but it wasn't that much of a problem as the street was very calm between midnight and 8 o'Clock, only a few night people occasionally that I didn't hear but my sleep monitoring device did ;) While there was lots of space for cloths and baggages, I missed a clothehanger and iron. Also, the kitchen is there and functional, but the utensils are really scarce. One needs to ask the reception. I was too lazy to do so and found work-arounds for the little things I did. But to get a full score, these should be provided. All else was really great. I can fully recommend.

A very welcome comfortable two nights after 10 days in different refuges across the Middle Atlas in winter time. I stayed in a second floor apartment facing the back and it really was fine. Everything was clean and in a good state. The studio was comfortable and warm (important in winter). Pleasant surprise to find a washing machine behind one of the doors. And a very friendly welcome from the staff. Location wise, it's safe and quiet for how central and close to the main roads it is. (The only noise I experienced was from my neighbours that had a rough cold and were sneezing a lot;)). There are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. If you like walking, you can go anywhere interesting from here.

Modern design. Comfortable beds. Regular housekeeping. Good air conditioning and heating.

1. The wifi in our room (103) was unstable. Strong stable wifi is essential to modern travellers. 2. There were no cooking utensils. We had to go out and buy items, e g. a kitchen knife, cooking spoons, a cloth for drying dishes, a set of table spoons, corkscrew, can opener. What was most frustrating was that the staff person we talked to said he could not provide such utensils and asked us to 'understand' even though an equipped kitchen was supposed to be included in what we paid for. Many/most travellers take apartments because - among other things - they want to cook some of their meals; cooking utensils are essential.

Location was great, as I know the area and that's why I stay here. And of course all who work there are having great service. This time I didn't stay in the usual room I usually stayed in, but next time I will definitely will for the room I usually stay. They gave the option to go my usual room but I said no, because it was fine in the room I stayed this time. Just keep in mind that because of not much rain in Morocco that you can use the toilet but that shower is not working full. And that is through all of Casablanca and other parts of Morocco. That has nothing to do with the accommodation but it's something from the city.

Don't forget to bring a marriage document. 😉

This place really exceeded my expectations. I took advantage of the Genius discount, so they even offered me a really good price. Some may find the accommodation expensive for Moroccan standards, but it is a huge fully equipped modern apartment in a new building meeting absolutely all European standards, in a safe and trendy area of Casablanca. The staff was helpful and friendly, but almost everything except check-in is automated (code entries). There is also a large TV with Netflix. But forget Netflix, go explore Casablanca! Don't listen to advice from guidebooks, this city is super cool!

Room was very nice, very modern, clean and comfortable. Large and spacious with a nice balcony too. Staff were friendly and offered lots of recommendations, albeit far away.

No major criticism on the stay. Host only suggested restaurants that were 30+ mins walk away despite the fact we arrived late. More information about how to navigate Ramadan opening times for restaurants would have been good, almost everywhere nearby was closed at ~8:30-9pm despite the fact we were told it places would be open at that time.

The staff was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. It was great to have access to a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine on vacation. Also, I really enjoyed the shared terrace off the reception area, and the honey shampoo and conditioner were wonderful. Hot showers!

Our apartment was on the ground floor, and we heard a lot of people talking loudly as they entered or exited the building throughout the night. The bathroom did not seem well designed for women (no trash can, bad lighting). Very firm bed.

The location was very central to the facilities and what we required , additionally it was surrounded by a lot of little grocery shops , coffee shops and atms which was great because we arrived during Ramadan so a lot of restaurants and food markets were not opened so we had to self-cater. Ismail and his team were very helpful with information , attentive and responsive to requests.
