Kenzi is one of my favourite hotels , I enjoy staying there . Most of the staff are well-mannered, friendly and professional especially Zakaria and Mohcine. A hotel without good staff and service is nothing but a beautiful grave !!!!! I had an incident while I am staying but Zakaria was there to sort it out . Keep up the good work . I am coming back again ! And don't hesitate to book it. It worths every single penny 😀

Unfortunately one of the staff her name is Asia was rude and hostile -hopefully- no one will ever deal with her rudeness . Anyhow I didn't want to review/share my experience based on one small incident in which Asia has caused me. .

My stay at this hotel got off to a rocky start. While waiting to check in, I pulled out my phone to take pictures of the lobby to post online. However, within 10 seconds, the lady at the front desk abruptly told me I couldn't take videos. I found this interaction quite interesting, as I was only recording the lobby and hadn't even noticed her. Her approach threw me off as she said it in a very reprimanding tone. Fortunately, another staff member named Zacharia witnessed the interaction and quickly stepped in to de-escalate the situation. He was extremely nice, courteous, and salvaged my experience, completely changing my perception of the hotel. In general, I'd say the hotel is very nice and offers great value for the money. The room was cozy, and I had an amazing view. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance to many places or with taxis readily available outside the hotel. The concierge staff was very hospitable, helpful with my luggage, and even booked a taxi to the airport for me. The rooms and bathrooms are equipped with necessities, and I appreciated the welcome box of macaroons – a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again. My only concern is the inconsistent service from some staff members. Some are friendly, while others are not, which does not seems typical of Morocco. I was there for one week in different cities and everyone was welcoming warm and hospitable. .

Being reprimanded for taking pictures

Excellent service, the staff was very kind and helpful. The concierge service is great. We received a free upgrade to a huge suite, with living room, bedroom, bathroom with tub and shower, and small bath. We also had ocean view and city view from the room and watched the sunrise from our bed. We liked it very much. Continental breakfast with lots of good options, excellent selection of tea and fresh juice and pastry, the restaurant is beautiful. Hotel conveniently located at 10 minutes by car from the big mosque.

The room cleaning could be better (we found hairs from the previous guests on the bathrobe and in the bathtub).

Very good value for money: stunning views over the city, The Atlantic, the mosk. Clean, comfortable, and importantly, well insulated against the noise, which is a big plus considering it is located at a busy intersection. Don't miss the restaurant on the 28th floor. I went at sunset and won't forget it. Also, the staff was super friendly and professional. Shout out to Assia at the reception who kindly took care of me while I was waiting for the room, bringing me a nice Moroccan tea with biscuits.

Everything was wonderful from arriving at the property, where we were greeted by a very helpful and friendly member of staff called Omar who made us feel very welcome and also upgraded our room. The room was comfortable, clean and had amazing views. The spa was an excellent experience and the gym/pool facilities were an added bonus. The restaurants and bars were scenic and delicious food/cocktails with a nice ambience. Check out was seamless and we were looked after by Muhammad. Absolutely outstanding stay.

Service at the restaurants on the two top floors was really slow, nobody came to check on you and it was impossible to try and catch a staff members attention so that you could order. Our server in the one restaurant didn’t speak any English so there was a lot of confusion with our food order (not the right things ordered).

I have been coming to Kenzi tower hotel since the starting. The location is perfect,the management and all staff are welcoming and helpful with big smile and the good about them is always remembering you. T breakfast restaurant is perfect.

Excellent location near by everything and restaurants and beaches

Everything was perfect from the reception, to Consierge Mr Abderrahman, to waiters in Skies restaurant. The room ( I took a Deluxe Suite) was spacious and Bed large and very comfortable. The breakfast eas highly consistent with a large variety of food, also, the staff was professional ans welcoming ( Specially Fatima Zahra) Thanks to the Staff 👍

The fact that smoking is allowed in the Terrace Restaurant at the 2nd floor, prevented me from enjoying the setting there 😒

Toiletries were not at the level of a 5 stars hotel for that price, no toothpaste Also not enough electricity plugs in the room, couldn’t load my phone next to me Lastly, the view is amazing but the window wasn’t entirely transparent as it was covered with a certain protection or layer The breakfast is not « wow » , it was standard, i saw better for such hotel range, it was fine tho

The hotel is in a prime location and offers free parking. It features a spa and a gym. Compared to the rest of the trip, the breakfast is relatively rich. Some rooms even offer views of the Hassan II Mosque.

Cleaner even didn't knock and tried to come into our room in the breakfast time. Room is a bit old, need refurbish. In the peak time, they only opened 2 of 4 lifts. And we have to wait for 20 mins to get into the lift.

A wonderful view for the city and sea！ Room service is good and lounge restaurant is also nice scene.

The reception incrediblely want to give access only after 2 pm，uncomfort the guests from their 9:50 arrival with ontime regist and 1 pm arrival with local tax and deposit checking. The room key detained by a reason of no authority is not good service level.
