V friendly staff including receptionist , restaurant staff particularly Ayoub and all others

Location is not that great as we faced problems to find taxis to return to the hotel after a day in tourist areas in casablanca. Taxi drivers simply never heard of the hotel name and few would give u us a ride using google maps in my phone while many others refused to provide the service cos they don’t know where the hotel is.

I had an absolutely delightful stay with my daughters at the Radisson Hotel Casablanca Gauthier La Citadelle in Marrakesh in December 2024. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, especially Ikram, whose kindness and professionalism set the tone for the entire stay. The hotel itself is new, modern and impressive, with beautiful and modern decor that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The facilities are top-notch, providing everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The gym is well-equipped and lobby area was a nice spot to relax. Breakfast each morning was a highlight of my stay. The variety and quality of the breakfast choices were excellent, catering to all tastes. From delicious pastries to fresh fruits, and a range of hot options, every breakfast was a treat. The location of the hotel is also perfect. It's located near the main train station and near the modern commecrial areas with the old city being not too far way, making it easy to explore Marrakesh and all the incredible sights the city has to offer. Whether you're interested in shopping, dining, or sightseeing, everything is conveniently close by. But what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service. Ikram at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any request made us feel truly valued as a guest. I can't recommend the Radisson Hotel Casablanca Gauthier La Citadelle enough. It's the ideal place to stay when visiting Marrakesh, and I'll definitely be returning in the future.

Everything was fine

The highlight was Bliss Rooftop - lovely space. A bit pricey but great atmosphere, music and view! The light at sunset was wonderful. The tapas were delicious - Sushi! And the best burger we've had in this city! The room was lovely - best bedding I've had in a hotel!!! The down pillow was luxurious! a rarity! I can only hope they can maintain the quality as this is a new hotel. The morning view of sunrise was delightful.

Parking situation wasn't clear. Free parking didn't mean secure garage but rather a free spot on the street but they did assist in getting us a good spot. It's just a little crazy where the hotel is located at the corner of a major street with high traffic. There will be a garage across the street in the future.

Nice room, comfortable beds, good breakfast, very nice staff.

Location was ok. We only saw the Hussain II Mosque and we were able to walk (40 mins).

We are delighted that we extended our stay at the Radisson Hotel Casablanca Gauthier La Citadelle. This hotel stands amongst the finest we’ve experienced, not only for its excellent facilities but, more importantly, for its exceptional staff across all departments. Hamza from the breakfast restaurant deserves special recognition for his attentiveness, politeness, and thoughtful follow-through on guests’ needs. His professionalism belies his youth. He has great potential to be a leader. Since our check-in about 5 days ago, Guest Relations Manager Ms. Marwa has left a lasting impression. She is intelligent, quick to grasp our requests, and just as quick to respond with solutions. Her professionalism and warmth make her a tremendous asset to the hotel, setting an excellent example for the Front Office. Abdelali (amongst others) from Concierge also stood out for his consistent politeness, helpfulness, and attentiveness throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff performed exceptionally as well. We do not know their names, but we are very grateful for how well they took care of our room. Perhaps an important reminder to housekeeping staff: under no circumstances should they enter guest rooms when the ‘Do Not Disturb’ signage is displayed. All in all, these exceptional individuals—and many others—made for a very memorable end to our 15-day holiday in Morocco.

Nil. Perhaps invest in mould remover to maintain the new toilets in pristine condition. When presenting biscuits to guestrooms, these should be cling-wrap. All these to ensure the hotel remains tip top!

It's a beautiful modern hotel with a lovely rooftop terrasse and pool. Very clean, super comfy bed and soundproof. It was our honeymoon and they decorated our room with those petals upon our welcome. What a nice gesture!

Unless you take the breakfast option at the hotel at $30/person, if you have early tours to other cities leaving at 7 or 8am, you won't find a breakfast place around. There are two close by that say they open at 6:30 but they don't. We tried going a couple of times and they were cleaning and asked us to go come back. So one morning we asked the hotel if we could just pay for a couple of pastries to bring with us on our tour (my husband and I took a mini croissant and a mini chocolatine each) and we were charged $34 (250 dhs).

The hotel is located in the city centre, so the business of the hotel is very good and clean. The hotel offers two small bottles of mineral water. It is clean. There is a small refrigerator and an elevator. You can park for free in front of the hotel. If the parking space is full, you can give the car keys to the concierge department to help you park. They will drive the car to the door of the hotel before going out the next day. It takes 5 minutes to walk to exchange money from Bank of Asia, and 10 minutes to walk to BIM and Carrefour Supermarket. These two supermarkets are not large. I can recommend it to everyone.

Too many to list...yoi can walk everywhere without needing a car. We had connecting rooms for our family size and both rooms were spacious and gave us and kids privacy. We loved everything about this hotel: location, the receptionists, the bell boy, restaurant waiters, breakfast (fresh croissants andade to order omelettes), morning COFFEE (caps used to express excellent quality coffee) and delicious complimentary treats at the reception. Also, it was not too crowded when we were there. I forgot to.mention, we were surprised with a cake and a lite candle in our room for my husband's birthday. Talk about attending to details... Thank you for everything. We will certainly come back if we ever visit Casablanca!

Pool was small but it's a business hotel so more services to businesses. Traffic in the area which causes congestion but the location is good once you reach the hotel, you can walk to most places.

The hotel thoughtfully provided a crib for my youngest and ensured the room was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The panoramic city views from our window were a stunning bonus, giving us a glimpse of Casablanca’s vibrant energy. Exceptional Dining for All Ages: The dining experience at Radisson Gauthier was one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, catering to both adult and child-friendly preferences. The restaurant staff went the extra mile to ensure my kids enjoyed their meals, even preparing simple dishes tailored to their tastes. The attention to detail in both service and flavor was remarkable. Facilities That Cater to Families: The hotel’s pool area provided the perfect setting for relaxation and fun. While my kids enjoyed splashing in the shallow sections, I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and well-maintained surroundings.

I quite like the location of the hotel, it is centrally located, opposite a park and in a rather nice area, with many restaurants and other options like banks, currrency exchanges, super markets and taxis easily available. The staff is geat, service is verry courteous and polite and all of them are always very helpful. I had to call up my airline since I had forgotten my glasses on board, and didnt have a local mobile number, the receptionist allowed me to call her from her mobile. Breakfast service is great. As a Hindu vegetarian, there were reasonably enough options in terms of vegetarian food. The wifi and air conditioning work just good. The guest crowd is great, tourists from everrywhere. Love the ambience.
