I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can't say enough about the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was incredibly kind, friendly, and always had a smile on their faces. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. In addition to their pleasant demeanor, the staff went above and beyond to assist me when I encountered an issue with my broken luggage. They not only addressed the problem promptly but also took the initiative to help fix it. Their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a positive impact on my overall experience. I highly commend the hotel staff for their outstanding customer service. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family and look forward to returning in the future.

Cleanliness of the rooms

The location was great, all main sites could be reached on foot; the rooms were spacious and the beds very large and comfortable; the staff exceptionally kind and helpful.

Some rooms might be very noisy (we had to ask for a quiet room not facing the street), the towels were not soft and reduced in number (one bath towel each and only a small one to share for face and hands), a little problem with the water drainage (each time we took a shower, the bathroom floor got all wet )

New hotel, 8 months old. Exceptional service from fabulous Abderrazak & Lamie. Great Location - city centre, restaurants & grocery stores. The staff - Abderrazak was very professional, friendly & amazing, offered assistance whenever I needed it including ordering taxis. smooth check-in! No hustle with queuing! Room was ready which was perfect. He should be FO Director ASAP. Service with Lamine - Exceptional, professional, a great example of fantastic staff. He assisted me whenever I needed it. Always happy, punctual, smiling & helpful. He he should be head of Concierge. I still don’t know his role as he did everything including fixing my a/c. The room - spacious, immaculate. The house keepers did a fantastic job. These two staff have raised the hotel standards to greater levels as they set the bar high for themselves and others & I’ll be back because they are awesome. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH Lamie and Abderrazak. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It’s ratings are very well justified due to their great staff !!

Meals - breakfast, the hotel needs improvement on this one for sure not sound proof - It’s right on the road so it’s noisy all day and night

Staff is friendly and willing to help. Rooms NOT FACING main road are quiet and comfortable.

No hairdryer ( we knew when we booked) No vending machine for waters ( it's hot in Morocco) Do not book room facing street, it's extremely noisy. They have few rooms with twin singles so we opted for a queen bed away from the noise. Breakfast is basic but staff is very friendly.

Female room service staff swore at me and insulted me and called me racist names, because I am black. She said black people are dirty!!!

Amazing location, spacious room, clean, comfortable bed, and very kind staff.

The breakfast has to be improved, because what they have provided to us doesn't really match to the hotel standard. there were flood in the toilet and when we have requested another room, they just came to dry the floor instead of finding another room.

The room was spacious and clean, staff was good.. location is ideal if you want to visit the sea side and hassan mosque

There was no water in the room, we called to ask for water but the staff said they don't provide water. Water is the most basic thing a hotel should provide, even if they want to charge extra for it. Also, rooms need better lighting

I have stayed 3 nights, I loved the localization 20 min from the Corniche and 20 min from the old medina, the staff were really gentle and helpfull, they have really recommand us good restaurante with good prices, a big thanks to Mme Behija for the cleanless room and being helpflull

The breakfast afforded us the opportunity to vary our breakfasts in a positive and healthy way. The location gave us the ability to do exactly what we wanted in the area.

The partition in the shower, which was supposed to keep the water off the floor, failed miserably. No matter how I angled the shower, the floor got really soaked. I had to mop up all the excess water.

Friend staff - Asked me for the room options, a street view room or a quiet room good for sleep. Good Speed Wifi. Really strong Air-con. The location is also good, on one side of the streets in the city area.

Just one little thing, maybe it will be good to put some tableware in the kitchen?
