Breakfast was very good, wait staff were friendly and responsive. Location was good within walking distance of several major sites. Room on top floor was spacious with a great balcony. I loved the bed, firm yet not hard. Bathroom size and amenities was excellent. I appreciated the water bottles delivered each day.

I thought the pricing of meals was high compared to cafes in the local area. BUT I had total assurance the food was healthy and safely prepared. The food itself was well prepared and the wait staff attentive and friendly.

Poor, unstable Internet connection. Electrical review needed. Some power outlets are not working. Considering we had the Luxury Suite, there was a lack of attention to details. For instance: • we received, as welcome courtesy, a plate of fruits, but no knifes to peel and cut them. • Got water, but no glasses. • Got tea and coffee but no cups. • Nespresso coffee machine with sachês of instant coffee instead. • Two guests, one robe.

Great staff. Very responsive people. They made us breakfast earlier than usual. Thanks a lot! The room had water, tea/coffee, and towels. Very large spacious room, two TVs, refrigerator. Quite quiet, sometimes you can hear the garbage being taken out. There is a nice mini store next to the hotel where you can buy souvenirs. There are also restaurants nearby, a taxi is easy to get and a bus stop is within walking distance.

The hotel is in need of renovation. Not a major one, but to update the plumbing, beds, chairs. The air conditioning system is a bit strange; it always works for heat in one room.

A nice breakfast and a very friendly service. Rooms are getting cleaned very well every day. The rooms are big and the location of the hotel is very good, if you don´t mind the neighborhood to much.

Don´t expect a too high standard, espacially the sauna or spa isn´t european standard. If you thinking to go there because of this, search better for an Hamam or something. Showers and bath should be renovated, a integrated safe should be standard in every room.

This is not a complain, as i have been provided an alternative, it was extremely hot outside in August so AC didn't feel so cool (as i'm used to very cool rooms, my mom was very happy with the room temperature) they immediately sent me a portable cooler, problem solved can't complain at all.

Seemed really new, felt like a proper hotel but also had the beauty of space with a lounge and kitchen. They were able to get us in for early arrival and gave drinks whilst we waited. access to room service. comfy bed and nice shower amenities.

The aircon wasn’t working which made it really hot. lack of glasses and no cutlery which meant you couldn’t cook anything. Quite noisy so walls thin and can hear people walking. Staff were less attentive as time went on unfortunately.

The bathroom was really really nice with a great shower and more than enough towels and soap. The room was large enough for 2 adults and 3 children even if not a "presidential suite" The master bedroom was fully separated from the leaving room. Nice and cosy. Very nice and careful staff.

The worst was the electricity and lighting system, buttons not working all around the rooms, electrical curtains not functional, lighting of the leaving room was very poor. Not critical but we expected it more functional. The kitchen was empty: a couple of forks+knife, a minibar empty, a Nespresso without capsules, a kettle without even a tea bag,.... just 1 bottle of water and 3 decorative apples. The view from the 5th floor shows nothing more than poor buildings all around, not the best location even if it is central in the city. Some noise from the football match coming from a nearby TV speaker demonstrated some weakness in the insulation.

Very friendly staff, beautiful living room but no beautiful view only buildings, the two ladies at the reception i think maybe Khaoula , she was helpful and very friendly.

The buildings view , our request wasn't done as we asked for 2 separate beds , and we needed to ask them again. Noise of the cars outside, and of the music coming from a Gym.
