It was a good breakfast offered in the downstairs restaurant. The location is vibrant, authentic, and close to many places to go out. The hotel manager made our stay more comfortable by being super friendly.

A range of plus points! Excellent breakfast! Includes 3 options (cooked omelette etc.) and the usual backet of bread, pastries, tea, coffee etc. Perfect for budget travellers looking to get off to a bright start each day. Spacious rooms, complete with cooking appliances, fridges etc. Air conditioning unit in our room was in the living room area, but was powerful enough to reduce the temperature in the bedroom. Good location - within 15 minutes walk of the Hassan II Mosque, similar distance directly to the promenade, 1 hour walk or a taxi costing 10-20 dirhams (generally in Morocco expect some issues getting an accurate price on taxis, but just hail one outside and haggle) to either of the two beach areas to the south. Casa Port is 10-20 dirhams in the opposite direction, so basically everything is close with this option Good customer service despite some issues we had with the room (see below)

For apartment, what you don't want is the power cutting out when you switch in a couple of the cooking appliances. That happened unfortunately, and couldn't be rectified. A bit of an issue if you're intending to cook more during your stay. Less of an issue for us as the apartment aspect of our room was not important to us, we just wanted a budget stay.

The hotel is just AMAZING!!!! Location is 10 of 10. Rooms are spacious and clean. 7 min walk to Hassan II Mosque and many other great places of Casablanca. Separate Huge Thank You words to the hosts - Souhaila and her dad! Those hosts are the best hosts we’ve ever met! Incredibly friendly, hospitable and ready to help every single second. Breakfast - Amazing and you will stay FULL for your great rest of the day in beautiful Casablanca!

What a fantastic place to stay. A whole apartment just a bus or petit taxi ride away from the centre. Mr Okay was there on reception to welcome us, invite us for tea in the great cafe next door and to inform us of the breakfast arrangements. What a lovely man he is. The apartment is modern and spacious with comfortable beds, a fully functioning kitchen and modern and well equipped bathroom. Of the 4 hotels we stayed at on our trip to Morocco this was far and away the best. Much better in fact than the 4 star boutique hotel we stayed at. You can get bus 56 to the Hassan Mosque and city centre. Around the hotel are lots of local shops and cafes, bakeries, grocery stores and restaurants. It really feels like you are immersed in local life. The breakfast was superb, taking place in a typical Maroc/French cafe.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. You actually get a complete apartment with kitchen, living room, bathroom and of course a bedroom. We could enjoy our breakfast at Cafe Rossini, situated next to the hotel. There was choice out of 3 different breakfasts: we tried them all and the breakfast is more than sufficient with a selection of pancakes, bread, eggs, fresh orange juice and drinks of choice (tea, hot chocolate, coffee). The hotel is not far from the seaside and the mosque - one of the main touristic sites of the city. Only point of criticism was the shower head, which could not be hanged up because the system broke of. But we didn't mind that much, shower itself worked. I also want to thank the staff at the reception who was always very friendly and helpful, I really appreciated that.

Amazing staff. Very nice apartment with living-room, separate kitchen and room as well. Good bathroom. The neighborhood (Bourgogne) is a very local one, so you can get to see the normal life of Casablanca’s people (markets, etc.), while only 1k away of Hassan II Mosque or 1.5 to Gauthier. The breakfast served at Rossini Cafe downstairs is very complete and tasty (and the wide time to have it from 8 to 12 is great, specially on weekends). I strongly recommend and will definetely be back when in Casa.

The only negative thing (which is not hotel’s fault but they should notify when booking as many other places do) is that there is a construction building 30 mts away and it is noisy from 8 am to 7 pm. Not good if you work from apartment or want to sleep until late. They could also have a microwave in the room, which they don’t.

The stay was wonderful! Really nice hotel. The touchscreen elevator was interesting. Loved the room. Staff was super polite and helpful. Breakfast included with the cafe next door was super nice. There is a fiod place and small store right across on the other corner which was really convenient. For some reason I couldn't get red taxis to drop me off here, but I also couldn't speak French. It may be because I was too close, about 2km, but the walking was not bad. This is a good place to stay if you're visiting and if you plan on relaxing more at the hotel. Having a full kitchen made things more comfortable and just the setup itself was great.

The accommodation is sublimely well kept and conveniently located a stone's throw away from major attractions such as the Hassan 2 mosque, Maarif and Ain Diab. Hotel staff are extremely courteous, accommodative, patient and friendly. The manager, Souhaila, is a kind, responsive and overall wonderful individual who provided me with an itinerary of all the major attractions to cover during my two week stay. Daily breakfast provided at the Cafe Rossini was scrumptious. I extended my stay for an extra week given a positive initial experience. I highly recommend Appart Hôtel Oleandro and will most certainly book another stay here the next time I visit Casablanca.

I suggested that a Microwave, and possibly an Iron, could be included in the apartments for convenience. Otherwise, the amenities were on point - a smart TV with all the major channels is present in every room. Wifi is really fast as well.

The staff are very friendly specially Mr Ibrahim ank okey, The hotel is peace of art very clean and nice Italian design mix between modern and classic, brakefast is good , although I asked for brake fast at 12.25 afternoon Mr Ibrahim ask them to make it and they make it with love . Location is perfect, they very nice coffee shop under the hotel . It will be my hotel in casablanca. Also you can call it studio in fact not hotel room I recommended

The staff and management team of the hotel were fabulous. The gas wasn't hooked up for the kitchen, and someone was there in less than 10 minutes from us asking to hook it up. Our room was quite nice. The bedroom was separate and large enough for us and our luggage. The sitting area was comfortable, and though we didn't really use it, had TV with Netflix etc. The kitchen wasn't overly well equipped but has enough for someone to prepare dinner, and the cafe serves a delicious breakfast for guests. If you're making your own dinners, there are numerous meat shops and vegetable vendors within a half block walk of the hotel. We very much appreciated the staff helping with our rental car delivery. Highly recommend if you need a basic stay in Casablanca.

Nothing, except the shower stall. It is tiled and doesn't get much ventilation, so the tiles had some algae on them, which made them a bit slippery, and it was dark when you closed the shower door.
