Room was clean with a comfortable king sized bed. Conveniently located on the promenade and walking distance to the Hassan 2 Mosque. On taxi route and ideally located to visit tourist sites. Mohammed at front desk most helpful with information and advise. Felt safe walking on the promenade late at night. There was safe and secure underground parking.

No complimentary shampoo and shower gel (two other hotels stayed in Morocco provided such). Lack of privacy as part of the kitchen windows had no curtains. The other curtains look see through and convinced that others from the surrounding flats could peer into the kitchen and lounge. Kitchen should have table and chairs rather than to sit in the lounge and have a meal.

Great location! Very helpful staff. The room was spacious and the air conditioner was silent and worked perfectly. Clean sheets and very comfortable beds. Great breakfast. That’s was all we needed! Also the location was perfect for vacations with a baby. I highly recommend this place! Thank you!😊

Location, room sizes and breakfast were really good. The customer service was exceptional, providing a cot for my baby and an extra bed for my toddler. Staff were always super helpful and friendly, making the experience all the more worthwhile. Mohammad in particular was great and would vouch for an appraisal for him :-)

A cooker would be ideal, especially for young families and an extension lead would be handy. Although the WiFi passwords are in the lobby, it would be useful if they were present inside the rooms and the connectivity could be improved as well.

The staff were amazing and the rooms were clean and bright! Great location with lots to see and do nearby.

There were some small cockroaches in the living room. We had about five the first day and two the next day. The hotel came in and sprayed the area but I think it's unavoidable. It didn't deter our stay.

The staff was amazing !! Very kind and friendly and respectful! I usually travel to casablanca, and this is the first time I have tried this hotel, I i was amazed by the quality of the service.

The water of the shower was not hot enough, but I guess it was only the problem in my room, because my parents didn't have any problem with it, but don't hesitate to ask for a differente room, they will be more than happy to change it for you and they take care of moving all your stuff to the new one!

The property is well located, great service from all the staff and overall a great stay. Breakfast was amazing, the room was spacious and thoroughly cleaned.

Lovely apartment with all facilities, staff were nice and helpful and weren’t offering help for tipping (because I offered tipping they refused) which we noticed was rather common in Casablanca. Id definitely go back there if I travel in Morocco again.
