EXCELLENT food in the restaurants - the chef was phenomenal. And what spacious and beautiful & luxurious rooms!! The location overlooking the sea/beach is gorgeous. Without a doubt one of the best places I've stayed at!

I had asked for our rooms to be ready early (we were also checking out early the next day). However, I got an email from the hotel confirming they had the request and will get it to us early. When we landed there, the staff at the reception (a Very rude gentleman working there) said we had to prepay to get our rooms earlier. This was NEVER discussed in any of the emails and responses - essentially we got our rooms quite late (towards the evening). Also instead of clarifying which bags need to be delivered to which rooms, they DUMPED all the bags into ONE room. NOT impressed at all. This is the Four Seasons - we pay extra to be treated well and get our needs looked after. Not to be treated like trash.

A comfortable staycation away from the hustle and bustle; the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Yassine at the front desk for being so kind, as well as all of the breakfast staff who were beyond friendly and kind (they make a great Nutella crepe too).

You would expect the pool area to be larger/more accommodating as it can get quite busy with a limited selection of daybeds. The breakfast options were great, however we found the rest of the quality of the food offered for lunch and dinner not up to what you’d expect the standard to be at a Four Seasons; especially for the price you’re paying.

The room was exceptional, it exceeded my expectations. It was ample and very spacious. The breakfast was on another level and the breakfast staff made us feel welcome, like they were hosting a long-lost treasured relative. Don't get me started on the front desk staff, especially Jasmine and her Manager Samiya. They both went above and beyond to ensure I got the room I wanted and went out of their way to help us get checked into our room before the official check-in time, as we got to the hotel by 7 am and the official check-in time was 3 pm. Points also to the security team for your care , concern and prompt service when the alarm in my room suddenly went off for no reason. Thanks to Samiya and the hotel staff for the complimentary massage given to my daughter and me to make up for that minor inconvenience. No hotel has ever offered me a complimentary massage before because of an alarm going off. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you all. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. 10 / 10 across the board. I'll definitely be visiting again and would gladly recommend the hotel to everyone.

It was a typically gorgeous facility with magnificent views and food options.

I respect the management for there being a no alcohol policy ever in order to make it available for the majority local and foreign Moslem community. They showed the strength of their convictions for which I salute them. That being said, I would have appreciated knowing that as a non-Moslem tourist I would not have been have been allowed a glass of Moroccan wine with dinner. The not knowing is my only complaint.

The stuff was so kind and helpful. We had an amazing time. Starting from reception, we asked for late check out and it was arranged with no questions. The boys at the parking and a lady in the restaurant were just the best. (Unfortunately don’t remember their names). We were with motorbike and everything went smoothly.

The breakfast wasn’t included in the price, its a little annoying for such a hotel. Of course we paid and had a breakfast which was just amazing.

The location was excellent as it was near everything specially with a mall next door which is less than a minute walk providing access to food places, a carrefour and pharmacy (just what you need when travelling with kids). Pool area fabulous and at the end of our tour in Morocco we enjoyed a relaxing time spent there. Location was great for the La Corniche where we ate 2 nights.

Ate at the restaurant and food was average. Pool area food and service slow. Food when it came was great. Service was questionable. It seemed that there was no urgency to serving guests. We put it down to the kitchen too far away ??? And our transfer to the airport booked at 8am organised by our Moroccan tour group was not allowed to advise us they were there. And we nearly missed our flight as a result !!! Your concierge didn't allow them to communicate or ring us to advised that they were there!!!

Incredible layout on the shores of the Atlantic, spacious room with great beds, lovely and helpful staff, fantastic food (especially the breakfast!!), an oasis of class.

You really have to be a difficult person to find anything at all to criticise about this superb hotel. If there was one thing I might suggest is that they re-think the pricing for transport to and from the airport.
