I did like the staff very friendly, especially the guy in the restaurant forgot his name but I remembered he is cancer like me born in July, we had such a great conversation. He is a good asset to the hotel. Also the front desk lady helped find a charger for my laptop. The room is very spacious & clean and I like the kitchen idea

the charging station not compatible with American chargers, Nobody explained the hotel amenities,The hotel is so hidden most of the taxi didn't know the location

Management and Staff were very nice and helpful. Our apartment was spacious and reasonably well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean. My partner loved her time in the beauty salon. Exceptionally quiet and relaxing. Loved the walk along the boulevard next to the Atlantic.

Location , not as accessible as we had hoped. Ideally a car is needed otherwise its a taxi to most places. The beach/boulevard is about a 20 minute walk away. Nearest shops/malls/resatuarnts/cafes are about 2 miles distant. Hotel restaurant menu limited but ok for short stays.

The hotel is relatively new and well maintained (both public areas and rooms). Our room had good ocean view. The inner yard protects from winds well, the sun was visiting it from 12 to 17:30, but the most of the area is in shadow. After every sandstorm hotel stuff has cleaned the swimming pool, inner yard and balconies from sand to the perfect condition.

The Ain Diab Beach is marked as "150m", it takes 700m-1km to get to the beach by foot/car depending on a route. The area does not look safe in the evening, unless you get to hotel by taxi or rented car.

The team at reception Nabila and Zakaria are simply fantastic! Friendly and professional The rooms are clean, spacious and functional and the very big plus of the hotel is its quietness since the hotel is located in the middle of rich residential area. Great breakfast too !

Walking to the sea front was not convenient had to drive or take a cab Elevator didn't work few days during our stay but the staff was great and took our luggages down

Good value for money and clean for a short stay of 1-2 nights

It is important to know that beach access by walking could be challenging as no direct access (10-15 walk)

Room was nice, facilities were nice and clean, all was up to expectations

The location is a bit difficult if you are walking as you have to walk around a long block to get to the hotel from the main road so it’s a 10 min walk to even begin to go anywhere

The property is quite modern and spacious. The food in the restaurant was nice and the breakfast was simple but good. Mouad the bartender was extremely helpful and friendly it was a pleasure to meet him. had a great stay

Tried to book the Hammam at the spa but I think they were undergoing some renovations because the woman said she would come and get us after we enquired about availability but she never did

Fantastic rooms: spacious, clean, in a very good condition, with perfectly working air conditioning (well designed, nobody got cold). Friendly staff, everyday cleaning. Huge thank you to the very friendly receptionists (the only one who speaks English, be careful!) who are always ready to help. Nice swimming pool.

Awful 'french' breakfasts: very poor range of food, milk and orange juice are always empty though replenished if asked. It takes about 10-15 minutes to the beach, though it's "the first line" on the map.
