The hotel is nice location. The design of hotel is beautiful and near the beach. The food at hotel was great.

I was unable to regulate the water temperature for showers. There was no middle point. The water was either very hot or cold. Also, security concerns: the lock to my room (#307) disengaged twice during my stay. I was informed by the front desk that the lock was repaired and room was secured. However, while I was away from the room, I was informed by a friend that my room door was not locked and that the room was unsecured.

Very clean and tidy hotel inside and out; easy check in although one room not ready for an hour, but adjacent as requested; Rooms VERY spacious, two sink bathrooms, balcony with its own chairs and table; great air con which at nearing 40C essential! Restaurant and Bar facilities excellent; they have a Moroccan Restaurant just next door and more regular cuisine internally; beer and wine turned up COLD and white wine put in ice bucket to say that way. Pool area very nice and well attended with someone to more loungers and shades as required (sun moves)

Just niggles really; one room not available on arrival; tried a breakfast...it was a buffet and rather overrun! (there are some really nice and relaxed cafes within minutes) Oddly while rooms made up daily...and we were their 7 nights...towels and toiletries etc the coffee never topped up, had to ask for some?

Liked the location, the view from our room, the pool was quite nice. The staff (except the horrible rude person below) were great.

I would rate my stay as first class, however we went to the pool one day and at the end I ordered a beer for my husband and a cocktail for me - it was our last day after spending 3 weeks in Morocco. I was given the beer and about 10 minutes later went back to see what happened to my cocktail. The waiter was just chatting behind the bar with his young assistant. He said - I am coming - I am coming. I then saw him run up and down the stairs. 10 minutes later I went back to bar and he was just standing there. He then rudely said - I am coming - I am coming. I got my cocktail which was terrible after 30 minutes and my husband had finished his beer.

The staff were incredible, especially the cleaning staff. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom was spacious. We had a couple of issues which were sorted immediately by the amazing man at the front desk. It is right on the beach and has a pool. The food in the restaurant was delicious! The hotel staff really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

The people in the adjoining room were incredibly loud, and unfortunately we heard everything through the adjoining door - the walls were definitely soundproof though. Our key card locked us out of our room on three separate occasions. Nothing that couldn’t be solved quickly, but quite annoying. Although there are lifts, there is no step free access (a ramp plus one step to get into the hotel, three steps to get up to the lift). There is no lift access to level one. However, staff (and guests) were always happy to assist with the steps. Booking.com advertises the junior suite as having a separate bedroom. This is not the case and the hotel have requested this be changed.

Beautiful modern hotel. We had ocean front room with balcony and the view was stunning. Large, clean, modern room. We stayed in Riads at our other Morocco destinations, but wanted a break and something modern in Casablanca, and we got it here. Excellent breakfast. We overslept the first morning and thought we would miss breakfast but they still provided us with breakfast on the terrace. Very kind. They serve alcohol and have a good selection. You can take your drinks back to your room if you want. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good.

We were double charged for a drink at the bar, but once I pointed out the error, they corrected it. We wanted to open the door on our ocean front balcony and fall asleep to the sound of the waves, but there were too many dogs barking all night long, so we had to close the door in order to sleep. But this wasn't the fault of the hotel.

The hotel, staff, location.. was all good.. The housekeeping team, 2 Maryams, and I forgot the 3rd person's name, I think her name was Rizan, All 3 of them did a good job cleaning the room daily and always had smile on their faces The location was very lively at night, near the beach. I really enjoyed it.

It would have been nice if the spa, massage.and.hot tub were opened during our stay. At night there was a lot of noise coming from outside, especially the bike riders!! As the room we had was near the roundabout .. it was very noisy at night! There was no kettle in the room.. but I requested, and they quickly provided us with one . Overall.. enjoyed my stay.

Centrally located right on the beach. Very friendly staff. Not too far from the airport so it was good that we could get there quickly after a red eye flight. Not too far from Hassan II mosque which is a must see. You can walk around the hotel along the ocean and it is a very lively place. Beach is walking distance and very safe. Le Basmane restaurant that is part of the hotel serves excellent Moroccan food with top class service but a little pricey from Moroccan standards. Very comfortable beds and ask for an ocean view room

This is one of only two hotels that are a 2 minute walk away from the beach, the location is excellent and its value is great, because the other hotel is the four seasons! The staff are incredibly friendly and delightful to talk to. Breakfast was small but delicious but was topped off with a cute morning jazz soundtrack and who doesn’t like to start the morning off with jazz? They have a half indoor outdoor seating and seats on a terrace which overlooks the pool and a small well kept garden with long beautiful palm trees on a backdrop of the North Atlantic Ocean. The restaurant vibe in the restaurant at night was on point, nice music, fantastic seafood platters, and a great vibe. The hotel is adorable and what it lacks in size, it makes up in vibe. We stayed here twice on our way in and out of Morocco, we liked it so much when we arrived, we decided to book it again on our last days before flying out from Casablanca. The first room was a junior suite and so spacious, it had a separate room for luggage, excellent air conditioning, great showers and water pressure. The second room was smaller because of availability, I understand why it’s always fully booked, but nonetheless also comfortable. The Balcony was ocean view and the house keeping ladies did an excellent job of cleaning every inch of the room. Having free parking was very handy. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the hotel which is very useful for keeping your car clean and comes in handy if you forget sunscreen in your hotel room! The bell boy was so friendly on check out, the main receptionist man with the grey hair was so charming and friendly on arrival and every time we walked past the reception. He’s the perfect image of the person you want to meet when you’re checking into a hotel.

Small pool..but why use the pool when you have the North Atlantic Ocean at your doorstep!

I recently stayed at Hôtel Club Val d'Anfa Casablanca for both work and leisure, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel perfectly balances the needs of business travelers and couples.
