Everything was exceptional

When we arrived we explained how we had difficulty booking a family room through booking.com and had booked two separate rooms. The welcoming staff quickly resolved this by offering us a family room, so we could be together. They included the breakfast which was generous and a enjoyable experience. The view from the balcony of the palm tree lined streets was beautiful. The room was comfortable and clean and had a fridge, which was great for keeping drinks cold in the hot weather! The swimming pool was also a welcome relief in the heat of the day!

There was nothing to dislike.

Every thing is fabulous in this hotel. Each room has a balcony and a nice view of the beach. The area is known to be upscale and fIt is very relaxing despite the crowded area . It is my 3rd year to go in the summer and for the money you pay , it is remarkable. I definitely recommend it to everyone

Maybe they could improve on the breakfast and include more fruits and small variety

Location is absolutely perfect, close to the beach and walking boulevar with easy access to tens of bars and restaurants. Tram station is within a walking distance so you can easily use it to visit almost the whole of the city. If not then small taxis are all around to take you wherever you want. Also very tasty food with many great staff in restaurants to serve to most of Morrocan dishes.

Breakfast was really good and tasty however always the same. It could have been more diverse with continental food included as well. Hotel building had some scratches here and there which could be improved for better stay wellbeing.

Room is big enough and balcony is class. Bathroom has a great space aswell. Hotel in general is very good. ATM at hotel, pool and bar. I didn't like the wifi connection. Very poor signal and when its good doesn't work very well.

The staff was very nice (I missed a flight twice from Belgium to Morocco in 2 days straight because off late PCR test result and my fiancee was already in Morocco before me, they give her room, breakfast and all the privilege going with for 2 days until I get there and make all payment in full); Room are clean; they have safe parking lot for their customers cars and very confident place. I really like it. It was just little bit cold in the room, but I like all the services and I will always use the same place anytime I go in Casablanca.

Good stay by the beach, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and polite, and the breakfast was also good.

The surrounding businesses to this location are a bit expensive, and the location is a bit far from main attractions.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming any information I need I get. Also very helpful for things outside the establishment. I have been here before and I recommend it to my friends from London. I can't fault it. All what say is thanks to the team running it.👍

First is the hospitality and the hygiene also the variety of the breakfast I am from around here when I was a kid, I have been living in London for 37 yrs here I feel I am back home.

Hotel Suisse maintained its highest standards services for long years. Rooms were refurbished& renewed with new furniture, professional staff took over. Mrs. Sameira Rooms Supervisor facilities all needs with cheerful face. I enjoyed my last stay like never before, left my suitcase to be back after my tour to Marrakech& Agadir. I strongly recommend the best Oceanfront Suisse hotel for real relaxation enjoyable stay.

Slight problem with check in professionally handled by Mr. Husain, Tourist Coordinator. Adding more Arabic Channels to TV Satellite would make Suisse Hotel is perfect. Slight

Place was clean , staff was nice and spoke English ok . My motorbike was across the road and guarded by the attendant . Lovely views out to sea and across the lighthouse and mosque . Good choice for breakfast .
