Everything was almost perfect. The personnel were helpful and top-notch ; Chorouk from guest relations. Zakaria , Hafsa, Hani, Omaima from the front desk. Fatna, kenza, Najat from housekeeping. Ridwan, Al-Mehdi, Amine from the concierge. Sorry if i forgot some names, but the whole team is amazingly professional. The hotel is surrounded by the sea, the mall, and a lot of Cafés and restaurants.

I wish they could add to the breakfast menu some more choices.

I highly recommend Pestana Casablanca hotel. I am always having a great experience at the hotel as it is my favorite in Casablanca! Their fantastic staff, comfy rooms, safe and secure environment, and great location by the seaside and shopping mall; are the best parts! Location, comfort, cleanness, and above all, the professional wonderful staff; namely Zakaria, the front office manager , the amazing Hafsa, Omaimah ,the top help Hani. Amine and El-Mehdi from the concierge. Housekeeping staff was polite and helpful, too. In short, this is the place to stay at in Casablanca.

The location of the hotel is excellent — right next to a mall, cafés, and overlooking the ocean with access to a public beach. The room was spacious, the living area was lovely, and everything was clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

However, there were a few downsides: there was no bidet in the bathroom, drivers were not allowed inside the hotel area, and room service was slow to respond to phone requests. Also, there was no in-room coffee machine, and the coffee served at the hotel was not to our liking.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the concierge was happy to answer all of my questions. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is wonderful with convenient access to shopping at Anfaplace Mall and restaurants. The hotel is like a resort with beautiful views of the ocean.. Very, very clean, quiet facility with friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely a four-star experience just a short walk to the beach. Special thanks to Oumimah and Rizwan for a great check-in / check-out experience!

Everything was great.

The water in the bathroom sink was extremely hot, almost like boiling water. I reported the issue to the front desk to have it fixed. The gentleman at the front desk assured me that he would send someone immediately to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, nothing happened, and we had to wash our hands in the kitchen area instead. I didn't expect to encounter such a basic issue.

The Manager was very gentle and help us a lot wit local things and he make sure we had a perfect stay at his hotel. Location was realy perfect, 1 min from beach and 1 min from mall and restarants at the beach. The location is very calm and this in middle centre of Ain diab, wich is very busy wit clubs. So when you come home to your appartment you can rest again.

The AC unit was broken, I had to call the maintenance team to fix it This is not my job to ask maintenance team to do their job The room must be inspected before the guests arrive. While the room was spacious, the amenities supplied were not as good (or enough) as on standard similar hotels On the morning breakfast buffet, it was basic, I was surprised that I had to ask for honey every time, I don't know why the management keeps on hiding honey, strange behaviour.
