In spite of those not favourable reviews, I liked the room. The bed and bedding were comfortable. This is an older building, so it is difficult to maintain cleanliness. However, the room was clean with freshly painted walls. The bathroom was not so clean but because of old cabinets. Don't expect too much. I walked around and visited a few hotels, this one had the lowest price.

The receptionist could have been a bit nice. More of a business person. After traveling 3 weeks through Morocco, I got used to Moroccan people being super nice. An interesting thing was that I couldn't turn off the lamp completely, it remained dimmed throughout the night.

When you remember what you pay to stay This is full value for your money, and then a little extra. Sure the elevator might not have a door, and if you challenged IQ then it might be dangerous, but if that's the case trafic in casablanca will be suicide for you. Didn't try the breakfast but there is a nice cozy Cafe restaurant connected to the hotel, so morning coffee is right there if you dont want breakfast.

A bit noisy from the other guests But that is not a hotel issue, and the hotel is located down town so outside noise is to be expected. And not a big issue, since there are wooden blinders, glass doors and a heavy curtain and if u draw all the noise is minimal.

The room and bathroom were bigger than I expected. The hotel was clean. Unfortunately I only stayed for a few hours to sleep, not enough time to receive a thorough service. But the little interaction I had with staff was positive

There was an issue with the aircon and my door. I had to wait a little while for the latter to be fixed. I was too tired so didn't appreciate the wait. I couldn't be bothered to ask for the former to be fixed, again too tired.

Amazing time, city center, great location and tram access with amazing staff and good common area with good wifi for working. Amazing stay, recommend))!

Location and staff, Especially the receptionist girl,she is so professional and keeps smiling as well as informative. I forget the bell man name ,his name is something Nourudinn,he helped me to get the nearest some information,nice man.

The location was absolutely a good connection to everything in the city. The staff is amazingly brilliant and friendly.

It would be nice if replacing some amenities such room furniture, to make the bathroom more pleasant. Thinking about how much do they charge per room is not that much, so I could take this as an average experience in the hotel. You pay less and you get less. I think it's fair.

The hotel is 1 min away from the main walking street in Casablanca and hotel is clean and it’s good. The staff are very kind, especially Abed at the reception. Much credit goes to him, he’s a very good guy telling me much about Morocco and he was being very friendly and professional. thank you Abed!

It's in the center of the plaza next to atms, food courts and clothing stores. Friendly staff and the rooms gives are given an antique look. Nice overlook over the streets from a spacious porch. 5 min walk to the CTM bus station.

I read rhe comments, actually inside is not that bad. The staff helped me change the light bulb quickly, the receptionist and the bodyguard, 3 of us had laugh talking all kinds of things. The receptionist was helpful telling me how to go everywhere. The location is super cool, so easy to access anywhere

I booked one double room but they gave me triple room with one double bed and one small bed. The view from the window is nice but the door connects to balcony can't be opened.

No breakfast. 😄
