The location in Casablanca was excellent.

Communication between staff was poor. Upon arrival, my bags sat in the lobby for over an hour before I had to retrieve them myself. My bags were sitting in the lobby unattended. I was seated in the restaurant near the lobby for over 15 minutes before being greeted or given a menu. I finally left.

Had a good stay at Casablanca Marriott. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is amazing. Fresh counter making Moroccan breads is a must try and the lady making it is so hospitable. Restaurant staff were attentive. Location is good and walking distance to the medina. Also good authentic moroccan restaurant close by.

Check in took time. Would have preferred a quicker check in, especially since we arrived after a long haul flight. No seats to sit at check in counter. Only one person at check in and so many guests waiting.

The staff is wonderful, breakfast service is lovely. The rooms are clean and appropriately appointed. The location is perfect for wandering around the city. We used the map App on my phone and walked to the Hassan II Mosque in 20mins. The Souk Medina market is a 10min walk. The Marche Central is a 5min walk. Casablanca has a magical winding system of back roads, just off the main strip that is a must travel route if your city walker. Taxis service is right outside the hotel 24/7, so you can get transport anywhere very easily.

I mean it's a dated facility, but it's clean comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Everything functioned as it should.

Our experience at the Marriott Casablanca was exceptional! We were welcomed on arrival by the concierge who took charge of our luggage. Abdeljalil swiftly and professionally checked us in. He upgraded our room and was very friendly and polite. We had a wonderful, modern and large suite. There was a good range of toiletries, water bottles in the fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and hairdryer available in the room. Amina and Ilias were fantastic at breakfast making us feel relaxed and adding the extra hospitality to make our experience extra special each day. They took our eggs order at the table and the rest of the food was delicious and available as a buffet. By the second day they knew what type of drinks we needed and served them to us with fresh orange juice. Every single day they greeted us with a smile and enthusiasm. We also had access to the club lounge, all the members were very helpful especially the lady who had been working there for the past 16 years. The location is good. Walking distance from the bazar and there is a range of small cafes at the back. We didn’t use the tram only taxi. Ousama at the concierge helped us with taxis everyday: We use both red and white taxi. He was a very helpful man. I would like to say thank you to all the members of staff at Marriott as they made our visit to Casablanca extra special; you are an asset to the chain of Marriott hotels. We will definitely be visiting Casablanca and staying at the Marriott again just because of out outstanding experience the hotel and staff! Many thanks once again.

Excellent location, close to key sights and transport. Staff very helpful and eager to assist guests, especially the young man at the front desk and Zaynab at breakfast who took time to explain the Moroccan dishes. We also received a complimentary room upgrade which was lovely. It seems like this is a new team and they are working hard to ensure a great experience for guests.

Some confusion around breakfast in terms of ordering items from a menu that was on some tables one day and on none the next. The light switches in the room were somewhat complicated. Also, the hammam/spa and other facilities seem currently unfinished.

The concierge Samir is the best person in the hotel. We had some problems with cleaning in our room but he resolved all our problems, helped with taxi and accommodation!!! He made our rest perfect and comfortable. He is very hospitable, friendly, kind and warm-hearted.

Room cleaning may be better and floor in the room is old and dirty. Plumbing is also old, and people smoking in the lobby are annoying.

Quick stay and was welcomed with friendly service from all staff that took care of requests. Room was nice and spacious with comfortable stay. Location was good with services, shops and access points available.

Disappointed the TV was not working in the room and took a while to get a lift between floors but that could be due to the hotel being fully occupied.

The location is central and ideal to explore the Medina and main sights on foot. Plenty of good restaurants in the close area around the hotel.

Very difficult to find the entrance to the parking garage. The hotel is in an area with a lot of one way streets and heavy traffic. One room was unpleasantly smelling of smoke. The hotel is a bit dated.

Very friendly staff,very clean and at very good location.The breakfast was so good everything was delicious.

Although the breakfast was very nice room service foods could be better. I booked a taxi from hotel he tried to get very high price from me.I said you are hotel taxi can't do this the answer was I'm waiting for so long time in front of the hotel this is the price.Of course I didn't pay I paid half of what he wants (I still paid a higher fee than I should have.)and he cursed behind my back.Hotel should be more careful about taxi drivers.

I severely cut my right arm on the bathroom door. It was bleeding a lot and needed medical attention. There is a knife sharp edge on the door handle, which is extremely dangerous also for small children. The bleeding continued and sipped through the bandages into my shirt and suit
