We stayed here for three nights. The staff’s warmth and attentive service were genuinely appreciated and made us feel welcomed. The hôtel room was spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed, with the toilet separate from the bathroom. The breakfast was good, featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients. The pool area is small but peaceful; during our visit, we had the space all to ourselves. The gym was equipped with weights and cardio machines, ideal for my workout needs. However, it can get warm inside, and adding better ventilation or air conditioning could significantly improve comfort. I don’t quite get how the hôtel star rating works in Morocco, so I don’t use it as a reference. However, here we got value for money.

While the location is convenient, it’s not in the most upscale part of town. However, it’s still a good base for exploring the city.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Radisson Blu Casablanca City Center, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience during my time in the city. From the moment I checked in, everything was seamless. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready with a warm smile and helpful attitude, which immediately made me feel welcome and at ease. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. One of the true highlights was the stunning view from my window —a sweeping panorama of the city that included glimpses of the old medina and the sea in the distance. Waking up to that view each morning was a real treat. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and despite being in the center of the city, the room was wonderfully quiet and peaceful, ensuring restful nights throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring sleek, high-quality finishes and a powerful rain shower that was perfect after a long day of exploring. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Breakfast each morning was generous and delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, both local and international. It was a great way to start the day, and the dining area had a relaxed yet elegant vibe. The location is another big plus—just a short walk to the old medina and also very conveniently close to the Les Voyageurs train station (20 minutes walking), making it easy to get around or continue your travels within Morocco. Whether I was heading out for sightseeing or hopping on a train, everything felt within reach. Considering the comfort, amenities, and prime location, I also found the price to be relatively good—great value for what you get in return. Overall, the Radisson Blu Casablanca City Center far exceeded my expectations. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a fantastic visit to Casablanca.

If I had to mention a downside, just for the sake of balance, I would say the elevators could be a bit slow at peak times. But honestly, that’s a very minor inconvenience in an otherwise flawless stay. Another thing to mention is the pool. It's inside the restaurant, at the top floor of the hotel, and it's not ideal to have a bath in it as long as other peoaple are eating overthere.

After traveling 42 hours from Mexico to Casablanca it was comforting to know that I could look forward to: 1. an early check-in, 2. a delicious breakfast to be delivered to my room, and 3. a an appointment for a hot stone massage for later that day. The hotel employees are very helpful, kind and welcoming, across the board; reception, concierge, restaurant and housekeepers. I'll have been here for a total of 8 nights during my trip in Morocco. Traveling as a solo woman it feels good to be safe and taken care of. For instance, last night I attended an art opening and wanted someone to know where I was. Went to reception, told them where I was going, he took a photo of the location. When I returned, a big smile from them. Extensive morning breakfast buffet, delicious dinners (couscous, asparagus risotto, salmon) fast wifi, comfy couches in the lobby for reading...it's a small oasis in the city center.

The breakfast buffet is outstanding; whole and cut Fruits, salads, cheeses, cereals, a plethora of breads, numerous selections of water and juices, and the best custom-made omelettes! The dining areas are warm and inviting, and the breakfast staff are cheerful and welcoming. My favorite dinner menu items are the asparagus risotto and salmon. Muhammad is an outstanding waiter. If you have dinner at the restaurant, you will be welcomed with his warm and engaging smile and friendly aura. Mohammed the concierge needs a shout out for always being right there, greeting every guest that comes into that lobby with a welcoming smile. For a weary traveler, that is the best gift! Jumaima at Reception embodies the best of this young generation’s professional Moroccan woman in the hospitality industry; polished, committed to guests’ satisfaction, great communication and language skills (in many languages!), attention to details, and genuinely enjoys her career.

I prefer to use cloth napkins instead of paper napkins. Better for the environment, and it raises the dining experience the restaurant (just like I do at home.)

They truly know how to make guests feel welcome and valued.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! I’m not sure how you couldn’t give this a 10/10. If you are looking for lovely staff, great breakfast with heaps of options, comfortable bedding, & perfect location- this is it! The pool was a great addition with spectacular city views. We booked a taxi from the airport via booking.com direct to this hotel & it all was a real luxury. We also were offered a free upgrade and late check out! Thank you!

The staff were so helpful and welcoming. Room was spotless clean, the bed was the best I’ve had in many years of travelling. I enjoyed the gym. Location was very good I could walk to all the places I wanted to visit. I’d recommend the hotel

The breakfast was very good but overpriced compared to all other hotels I’ve used. The bathroom also needs a drying wire to dry wet swimming clothes. 4 sun beds by the pool isn’t enough. If the 2 large pot plants nearest the pool were removed you get get another sunbed.

We had an amazing stay in the hotel, it matched our expectations and beyond, the staff were so friendly and nice from the moment of reservation to check out. Taha organized everything for us from airport pick up and we had special request that were made perfectly as requested 🙏🏼

The hotel staff was all very nice and welcoming. We made a dinner reservation at the rooftop restaurant and the food was excellent, and the manager Momo was very accomodating and went above and beyond for us to have a pleasant dinner. The room was big and the bed extremely comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was a bit sparse and lacked variety, especially considering that it is not included in the base price and you have to pay extra for it.

Her professionalism ensured a smooth check-in process and she offered valuable city advice to enhance our experience. Moreover, meryem from housekeeping went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met, making our stay feel like home. The hotel boasts a welcoming staff that brightens the crowded streets of Casablanca. Overall, our experience was marked by exceptional hospitality and service, making our stay truly memorable.
