No "regular" clothes hangers. AC is not working well. You have to open up the window to get fresh air during the evening. A very slow checkout... I waited 5 minutes.

First of all, thank you for everything. The television broadcast schedule did not appeal to us foreign guests. The toilet part is a bit bad, a small shower could be placed next to it if necessary. and unfortunately the breakfast was very bad I hope you don't take offense at what I wrote.

Had already been here before, so my second stay was as good as the first one. In a nutshell, was in a sort of studio flat, so there was ample space, a fridge, a microwave,, big shower room and well-sized toilet.

Okay, if i am to be very finicky here, the TV channels available are very limited, but didn't come to watch TV.As for the restaurant, it is quite pricey(roughly double the price you can find outside),hence barely ate there.

terrible breakfast selection, completely on the lower level, with unhappy staff that not even say hello, room is not too clean and choice is very minimal. Could be better to pay less and offer a better service a la carte rather than this tacky selection

We liked a room that was well designed and comfortable as well as the hotel itself. The room had also a small kitchen so you can make tea or coffee and even cook something. We also liked the staff that was helpful and pleasant, especially hotel receptionist Dunia who is not only beautiful but also high professional! She was always ready to help. We like the hotel location as it is situated only 15 minutes on foot from the station Casa Voyageurs. We would certainly stay at Kyriad next time. One more thing: it is really very good value for money!

The receptionist IKRAM is extremely helpful and she is always smiling. BADR at the reception is also professional and a pleasure to deal with. Our 5 day stay with the family was made even more pleasant thanks to Youssef, in charge of the restaurant.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Bader, fatine and everyone at the reception were absolutely fantastic and really helped us. The hotel was clean and great value for money. THE BATHROOM WAS AMAZING although There were small things such as leaking showerhead, one dirty pillow cover which was replaced by new pillow and cover , which we overlooked as the hotel stay and the staff was exceptionally good. We were given a crib for baby without charge. We didn't take the breakfast option so don't know about it. But will definitely recommend and come back if we are in casablanca again. THANK YOU GUYS!

Few things but wasn't anything I would make an issue of.

The Location of the hotel was Amazing. Is located at the heart of the city of Casablanca. A mini kitchen has been setup in the rooms and is equipped with all the things you need In a kitchen Their rooms smells good and it welcomes you at the first entry. their customer services was prompt and speedy. thanks to Wahid and fatine they were excellent in their work. Please there should be a bonus for them they really working hard.
