The location was simply the best for our needs. We’ve spent a week at the hotel, yet travelling to nearest cities every now and then thanks to the proximity of the railway station Casa Voyajeurs. It’s also easy to shop for food at the shopping center next door and go to numerous locations like locals by bus or tram. The breakfast is excellent. Although the assortment is pretty much the same every day, we loved every bit of it. Dining zone staff are also very friendly and helpful. Wi-fi, TV, desk, fridge and tea station were good. We loved bed and linen too.

Poor lighting in the room, only one tiny light spot in the bathroom. I had a hard time looking in the mirror to see if I had any make-up left before bed. Not enough racks in the bathroom, water flow is quite weak. Housekeepers once left us without any towels at all and provided only one glass for two people.

She dealt with me with utmost professionalism and elegance, even amidst a large number of guests at the hotel, and overcame all difficulties in an outstanding manner, which contributed to providing a smooth and comfortable service for me. Her courteous behavior and constant smiles were a major reason for making my experience exceptional, filled with comfort and satisfaction. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Ms. Noora, who cleaned my room every day with great care and dedication. Her attention to detail, the fresh towels, and the perfectly made bed each day truly enhanced my comfort and made my stay even more pleasant. Good location close to Casa Voyageurs. I doubt you'd want to be in the city centre, to be honest. Very spacious, modern rooms and a good breakfast (second day the breakfast appeared to have been expanded after another guest complained). Backs on to a shopping mall.

Buttons on the lift don't work very well.

I had a wonderful stay at Relax Hotel Casa Voyageurs and would like to give a full 10/10 rating, with special thanks to Maryam and Aya. Maryam, who is responsible for housekeeping, kept my room impeccably clean and comfortable throughout my visit, attending to every detail perfectly. The corridors were also spotless and pleasantly scented, which made the entire hotel feel welcoming and fresh. Aya at the reception desk was friendly and helpful, making check-in easy and welcoming. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference and helped me feel at home.

* reception was always helpful with a smile. We requested hair dryer, and needed help for safe box; received positive and rapid response from them. From the other side, we requested a map and they didn’t provide. * cleaning staff of rooms were professional, friendly, and helpful. * the facilities inside the room were complete, good quality and clean.

During breakfast: * Cups were missing; when I asked for one, they just gave me one (without putting more cups for other guests). * Cutlery were missing. I asked a small spoon for my kid and the staff told they don’t have. * The staff was slightly there to see if something is missing. If you need anything you should wait for him for minutes since he was washing dishes in kitchen. * Breakfast serving was unprofessional. E.g., many different types of breads/biscuits with only 1 or 2 choices for cheese. The tea with and without sugar didn’t have etiquettes and no one notice which is the right one.

The hotel is located very close to Casa Voyageurs train station, which made getting around very easy. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of food options at a fair price. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were extremely attentive throughout the stay. Additionally, the hotel is right next to a shopping mall, which made finding meals very convenient. There is also a designated area to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out.

The location is not ideal for those looking to explore the main tourist attractions on foot. Walking to the sights takes about an hour, and the surrounding area isn’t very appealing for strolling.

After spending some days in traditional road, this hotel was a relief!! The hotel, if it is not new, the maintenance must be excellent as it feels newish, decor was nice, basic but functional. AC functioning, bathroom with proper shower. The housekeeping lady we very accommodating, cleaned well, beds and pillows were comfortable. When we arrived, a welcome juice were offered, and then they sent up to the room a pot of Moroccan tea, fantastic service! We also asked for a little late check out and was granted f.o.c. The staff were vey accommodating, friendly and pleasant. Buffet breakfast were nice and adequate, the server was also pleasant. Next to the mall, where the hypermarket and reasonable food court were. Although it is walkable from Casa Voyageurs, but not an easy walk with luggages. When you asked for the location from people at the station, do not trust them! just follow the google map, it was shorter and easier.

Not sure if this is a policy, but there were no direct entrance to the mall next door. No bidet in bathroom :(

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, my experience was truly delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to two exceptional receptionists, Amal and Aya. Their politeness and radiant smiles created an inviting atmosphere that set the tone for my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, providing helpful information and making me feel genuinely welcome. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service. I look forward to returning in the future!

The indoor parking was smooth and convenient. The hospitality and service from the staff were excellent 👌. I must especially mention the entrance guards and parking attendants, who were very helpful. The receptionists were also incredibly service-minded and took care of almost everything I needed 🙏. Thanks to their efforts, I’m giving you a solid 10! 😊 And all at a great price.

The room was unfortunately noisy, especially due to traffic noise from outside. The pillows were uncomfortable and worn out, and it would be appropriate to replace them. The internet connection in the room did not work satisfactorily. Additionally, some small amenities were missing, such as soap refills. When I checked in, there was no refrigerator in the room, but this was addressed after I pointed it out. I also missed other amenities that are normally expected. I noticed moisture damage on the door seals and deficiencies in the bathroom ventilation, which I consider an important aspect of comfort and healt

The hotel is next to the train station for a perfect stay between a high speed train arrival from elsewhere and an early train to the airport (they start at 5:19). The hotel is nothing special but it gets the job done. It had the most comfortable bed of my time in Morocco.

There were finger prints on the glasses in the room, and the checkin hours posted online were incorrect, which caused needless stress when my arrival was delayed. They answered my query about a late check in the day after I left the property. The weekend & night staff need access to all communication methods the property uses! The wifi was not great and stopped working after 15 minutes.
