Good location close to Casa Voyageurs. I doubt you'd want to be in the city centre, to be honest. Very spacious, modern rooms and a good breakfast (second day the breakfast appeared to have been expanded after another guest complained). Backs on to a shopping mall.

Buttons on the lift don't work very well.

* reception was always helpful with a smile. We requested hair dryer, and needed help for safe box; received positive and rapid response from them. From the other side, we requested a map and they didn’t provide. * cleaning staff of rooms were professional, friendly, and helpful. * the facilities inside the room were complete, good quality and clean.

During breakfast: * Cups were missing; when I asked for one, they just gave me one (without putting more cups for other guests). * Cutlery were missing. I asked a small spoon for my kid and the staff told they don’t have. * The staff was slightly there to see if something is missing. If you need anything you should wait for him for minutes since he was washing dishes in kitchen. * Breakfast serving was unprofessional. E.g., many different types of breads/biscuits with only 1 or 2 choices for cheese. The tea with and without sugar didn’t have etiquettes and no one notice which is the right one.

I was more than happy with the help of the staff on site. They were always keen to ensure that customers needs were met and any questions answered. The en suite facilities worked without any issues so I recommend for anyone who wants to save a little money for their stay. Fantastic coffee machine in the lobby which I didn't realise was free to use until last day before departure 😅

For the breakfast muesli could be a good addition for those that like that for breakfast. While there were some healthy selections of food with breakfast perhaps a wider variety of fruit might improve the selection. Other than that I was pleased with the choice of different breads and the chance to eat hard boiled eggs for breakfast. The faucet for the tap in the en suite would be better if it was brought forward to overhang the sink a bit more if there is ever any remodelling done. This would make it easier to avoid splashing on the counter. The shower door could do with some sort of water excluder at the bottom to prevent water running out onto the floor.

I was impressed with this hotel, the room, the bed, the bathroom, the staff...and literally everything from the minute I walked in. The people working there are beyond friendly. It's a 5 minute walk from the Train station and the room is spacious, clean and comfortable with a huge window. The two extremely nice, friendly and professional people that checked me in, Ghita and Mehdi were awesome! They had a good sense of humor, very polite, friendly and welcoming. They explained everything to me, when breakfast was served and the price, dinner and price, Hotel phone extensions, etc., Thank you kindly!

Room was good size with all facilities you would expect from a business class hotel. The hotel is an integral part of a small shopping centre and a 5 minute walk from the main station. It is however a 30 minute walk into centre of the city though there is a good public transport link close by.

There is a smoked glass panel between the bathroom and sleeping area, It is quite asthetic but when someone has to use the bathroom in the night the whole sleeping area is lit up. Not very practical. Also the bedside light was weak and placed at a height that meant you were unable to read from your bed.

1. Location: Next to shopping mall so easy to buy stuff from big supermarket and have food court and Mc.donald which is very convenient 2. Near train station..walk around 5 min, I like this as I have huge and small luggage So can walk to train station if you travel by train….remember to buy 1st.class as more convinent 3. In room; Big room and BIG SCREEN TV and lot of shelf space so can put your belonging if you have many many thing 4. EASY to call taxi: one guy in front of hotel help and explain Taxi driver where we want to go..very friendly and i don’t think he is hotel staff

1. Bathroom : shower and water leak out from bathroom to floor outside 2. I stay here for 3 night and second night no tower in my room even 1 tower so I call reception and taking longer than 20 min to get it

Very convenient to the “Casa Voyageurs” train station- about 5 mins walk. A little bit away from other places we wanted to visit but easy to drop the bags and take a taxi. Given a lemon drink while waiting for our passports to be dealt with and soon after arriving at our room there was a knock and room service appeared with complementary mint tea and pastries. Comfortable large bed, good shower. Good size of room with desk and chair. Wi-Fi worked.

Unfortunately the kettle in our room did not work and the safety box only had instructions in Chinese… We asked for the kettle to be fixed or replaced but we were only staying one night and that didn’t quite happen before we checked out.

I've stayed here before, and anytime I return to Casa I will stay here again. The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially the cleaning ladies- I love them. And the hotel is very eager to receive good reviews and they work hard for this. The rooms are nice, big, comfortable, and well designed. There are so many nice features to the room: a big desk with a chair, good bedside lamps, a comfortable bed and pillows, a great shower with perfect pressure and hot water. There are also lots of shelves, and a nice place to hang clothes. The windows are huge and open wide, which is great! And... the hotel is connected to a very large shopping center with a big food court, and grocery. The neighborhood is nice and clean, and walking distance to many things: Hassan II Mosque, Casa Voyageur station, etc.). I even stayed 2 extra nights- I like it so much.

The only things I can think of are: the free wifi has no strength to it, and I couldn't even hotspot off my local phone, which is an issue because I work remotely. Also, the breakfast is very expensive (by local standards) but I didn't eat there to know if it's a huge buffet of high quality food.
