I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Peekaboo Hostel for an entire month, and I can genuinely say it felt like a home away from home. From day one, I was welcomed with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality that stayed consistent throughout my stay. The staff and host are not only incredibly friendly, but also deeply professional—always attentive, respectful, and ready to help with anything, no matter how big or small. They go above and beyond to create a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere that makes every guest feel valued. One thing that really stood out to me was the impeccable cleanliness of the hostel. The rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and kitchen are all maintained to a very high standard, cleaned regularly and thoroughly. It made such a difference to feel comfortable and at ease knowing that the space was so well cared for. The entire team works together like a family, and they treat their guests the same way. Whether it was sharing a laugh over breakfast, getting helpful tips for exploring Marrakech, or simply having someone to talk to at the end of the day, I always felt supported and appreciated. I spent 3 nights at this hôtel, I really enjoyed it, it is located in the city center near transportation, I had a smooth and fast check-in, the room is renovated and clean, everything was functioning (don't expect a great view from the room since it's in the city center, it's normal), my room was calm and quiet at night, I enjoyed a great breakfast every morning with many options in the buffet, the staff were nice and friendly! I definitely recommend this hotel!

The elevator could be better otherwise everything was great!

This was incredibly good value for money, I have paid more for a bed in a shared dormitory in a hostel where here I have a double bags working sky TV, multiple channels of private classroom with shower. It was perfect. Unfortunately, I missed the breakfast because I had to catch a bus from the nearby ctm bus station. However, I regret it booking such an early bus because I was confident the breakfast would be exceptional. They were incredibly helpful and there was even a telephone in the room and a socket for internet. However, I don't know is this worked because I didn't need it and the Wi-Fi was fine. Their customer service was so good that they even messaged me the following day to check. I had a pleasant stay.

The only two negatives things I can wrap my brains for are # there was a half dead bug on the floor when I came into the room. But hey it's Morocco get over it ! Secondly, as in most Moroccan accommodation I have found the taps are not very well attached to the wall but they all work fine and the Sheridan this place was one of the best I've had after 3 weeks traveling around hostels!

Ambassador Hotel/ Casablanca is nice hotel with very friendly staff. It’s in the middle of city center where are very things around you, markets& night life, within walking distance to AlhassanII MOSQUE& SEAVIEW. Marian Supermarket just 4 meter opposite and big mosque about 50m. Suitable for Arab& Khaliji families.

Even though, hotel is refurbished but for me personally, I think lightings could be strengthened?

The hotel exceeded my expectations — the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. I also loved the central location; it made getting around Casablanca super easy. Great value for money, I’ll definitely come back!

Everything was great overall. The only small thing was a bit of bird droppings on the balcony, but nothing major — it didn’t take away from the overall experience.

Although we expect complimentary water and twa in four star hotel as per standard but here nothing was available and in my booking price was clearly mentioned in euro and MAD but they charged more MAD and use their own calculation.

Wonderful location on a quaint street, my friend and I had the most amazing Moroccan breakfast at this old-style hotel! The restaurant upstairs had a charming young man tending to the place and they served the best Moroccan mint tea I've ever drank.

Hotel room safe wasn't working and wasn't bolted into the closet. The elevator was too small.
