Everything is very good. I like very much the breakfast, the location, the staff are helpful, the service is very good, and can check in even I arrived at midnight, traditional moroccan style decoration of the rooms and the building.

the equipment/factility needs maintainance. Although everything function well, they are in a quite an old state close to broken. and also the sound proof is not too good, I could hear the sound of the corridor outside of my room when people walking and speaking.

Location, room and breakfast

The staff is weird. They push you to book a taxi with them for the same price you pay with a normal taxi. In addition, they asked me twice for the city taxes when those had been already paid when I arrived at the hotel. No communication between them and i had to wait there nearly 10 minutes (I was heading to the airport) while they were checking the cameras.

Friendly and Helpful Staff, especially Emmel (sorry if spelled your name wrong) had made us travelled with ease. The bellboy was very nice and helpful. The chef at Breakfast (15 June 2025) was very freindly, welcomed and greeted every guests who had the breakfast. The hotel Location is located walking distance to the old Medina. Lobby Area is stunning with Traditional Moroccan Designed Walls and ceiling. A suite room was very big

1. Breakfast ! A guy at Breakfast Egg Station (16 June 2025) was unfriendly and very stiff about the eggs at the breakfast. He counted how many guest requested the eggs and when we ordered for our parents, he told us you already have the eggs. Later, my brother asked him politely can we have one more fried eggs please ? He immediate informed "only one egg for one people" We were thinking that we begged for golden eggs. Is an egg cost 10 Euros ? 2. Room Furnitures - too many furnitures make the room feel cramped and lesser living area space.

The breakfast was generous and featured a wide variety of local specialties — a real treat to start the day. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the room was spacious, with thoughtful design touches that added charm. The common areas, especially the dining hall, are a stunning showcase of traditional Moroccan riad architecture — truly atmospheric. The location is another big plus: just a short walk from the impressive Hassan II Mosque and well placed for exploring Casablanca on foot.

There’s no airport shuttle service available, which would have been convenient after a long flight.

This hotel is quirky, fun, enjoyable, and full of character with kitsch rooms and decor, far away from the bland nature of chain hotels Superbly located, with a tram stop right outside, the CTM bus station 100m away and Casablanca Port railway station about 10 minutes walk. Close to the medina, mosque and all the five star hotels of the city, and about 20 minutes walk to the Marina shopping mall and the fantastic mosque, which is a must see, Muslim or not. The bed was comfortable, but the could improve it with cotton sheets. The porter is a wonderfully warm and frlendly man who loves his job, which is really nice to see in a country where most customer focused employees are glued to their phones.

Nice hotel with an exceptional rooms décor. Staff really friendly (typical Moroccan style). Location, very close to main attractions of the city. Nice welcome, really good contact in reception. We've missed on the food, but our busy schedule was not allowing us for the breakfast and other food. Worth to visit 10th floor and look down - amazing view into the internal balconies.

While staff was putting good effort to keep the room clean (well done-every day) - facilities are in need of some refurbishment. Also towels were fresh every day - but there were some old marks on them (after washing)

Room. Breakfast. Accommodation. All are excellent. The staff were very kind. I arrived late at past 12midnight yet the staff gave me this very warm and accommodating atmosphere. I love their breakfast. Yummy and lots of assortment. One of the reasons why I love this place is their Mosaic art all over the place. Very Moroccan. Just the right ambience I needed to experience during my stay. The Hammam bath was under repair so I did not have that experience. However, one staff recommended me to a safe nearby Hammam bath. Their lift was great. The concierge was excellent in assisting me.

There is nothing there that I did not like. My experience was great. The room in particular was very clean, the aircon was great, and the ambience was well rounded. The building is a bit old but the cleanliness is maintained. This was my first time in Casablanca, my first in Morocco, and my first in Africa. So far, I am impressed. This great impression entices me to come back for more days of stay in the next years to come.

the buffet breakfast was exceptional. Had an omelette chef, and a long table with local baked goods. The building has an elevator which was really appreciated. I felt I was given exceptional value for the price of the . There was a small bar fridge in the room. Grocery store a 5 minute walk away and open very late.

poor lighting in the room and the hall light on my floor was out. Had to use my mobile to see. Informed reception twice but it was not repaired.

The hotel is decorated in Moroccan style. The rooms are a good size, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly. I didn't enjoy breakfast because I always wanted to leave early. There's a Carrefour nearby where you can get everything you need. Casa Port train station is also just a 10-minute walk away, so it's in a great location. There's a tram stop practically on the doorstep, so you're very mobile. The Wi-Fi in the hotel was good and strong enough. The price/performance ratio is great.

Lovely stay! Couldnt find anything to fault. I took a single room. It has a simple yet beautiful decoration, with everything you need for a comfortable stay..And the shower was amazing. Staff was very friendly too! Very close to the train station, perfect to connect to the airport. Everything was great. I didnt have the opportunity to try the breakfast as I had an early departure in the morning. It was about 40 min away from the main Mosque..But very close overall to town centre/Medina!
