This Novotel was a straightforward hotel that we booked for a couple of nights in transition between the airport and train to Marrakesh. For that purpose, the hotel was just fine. The view from our high floor room was great, looking over the old town and toward the giant Hassan mosque. The location was also ideal for a quick visit to the central market. Breakfast was a nice spread. This place was good for a no-frills inexpensive stay.

The rooms were a bit cramped for a family of 4 but not bad. The restaurant was out of some options for dinner, but it was fine enough as well. The air conditioning was hard to get working as well, and didn't really work in either of the rooms we stayed in (we stayed a night in each direction of our trip). However, the outside air was cool so we just cracked a window.

The location is excellent. Breakfast is extensive with made-to-order omelets and fresh Moroccan breads as well as the usual breakfast juices and cheeses, etc. Good croissants, not enough fruit! Reception guys are helpful too. The hotel is next-door to Sofitel which has a really classy restaurant, and a block from Casa Jose with delicious seafood dishes and great bistro ambiance. It's within walking distance of Marina Mall with Green/Black's excellent cafe and anything you might need from a modern mall.

Everything is good for a modern hotel. It would be nice to have some Moroccan rugs or textiles on the walls; rooms are very generic and could be in Frankfurt or Tokyo. There is no Moroccan ambiance.

This hotel is a pretty good one. It’s clean. It’s located in the center of Casablanca. It’s right next to Medina and also Morocco Mall which is great if you plan to shop around. The facilities are a bit old but doable.

Shared areas such as elevators are a bit old.

I love the location, next to the medina. Pretty clean room and responsive staff!

The shared areas would benefit from a Renovation. Moreover, it sometimes has a bit of a bad odor which I hope can easily be solved!

Staff and layout of the room both excellent. Easy cab ride to and from airport. Beautiful view from 16th floor window at night and nice in the day as well. Location was perfect for my visit to Rick’s Cafe.

Restaurant was a little confusing kind of self service but wasn’t intended to be the main attraction so pretty good.

On the 13 April went to take our breakfast all tables were dirty.and no food all restaurant staff and manager where lazy except for one person was active and doing all work mr mahdi albuhtari .

We did enjoy the breakfast. The first day, we didn't realize that we could request omelettes. The second day, we saw a lady making omelettes in a separate room, and she seemed a bit confused, not getting people's orders right. The third day, we asked the chef to prepare an omelette and he was very professional and seemed to care a lot about ensuring that the buffet was in top shape. My diet is restricted, so normally I have fish for breakfast, which was not easy, but I was able to get by with the sausages and some cheese.

The first night we arrived late and wanted to go to the restaurant but nobody could be found to take our order, so we ended up going to Scampi around the corner, which was excellent. We went back there a couple more times. Though one time there was a fair bit of cigarette smoke there and a lady wearing a lot of perfume.

The location was good, the view of the ocean was amazing

The cleaning staff accessed my room with their key without knocking while we were in there, this happened twice. The breakfast options were a bit too few, I would have loved more options

The location was perfect for me considering that everything I needed was just at my door step. Awesome Novotel. The staffs were amazing.

The hotel is very well located next to the train station and to many restaurants and other places. The room is good and the bed is comfortable. Wifi worked well.

Room had one outlet only! Breakfast has limited options and practically no healthy options.
