Very good value that includes breakfast as a bonus treat..all the Staff are very kind/Gems that includes the two ladies in Reception, Restaurant & inHouse service. This Hotel has been hiding from me on previous visits, but now i've found it, i'll book again as i already have by extending my stay. My room on high floor perfectly overlooking the busy city life & included fridge, kettle & tea/coffee. Breakfast is a bonus & includes quite alot of options.bravo to everyone

Not alot..maybe more t.v channel options, but i'd watch one channel Am.movies..also to say that the carpet could probably do with a best bissell, but they do vacuum daily & everything is clean otherwise

Nice hotel in a great location, tea and coffee in room. We did have a bath as well as a shower which was great. Breakfast was really good and the waiter was marvelous. Overall the staff were really friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.

Just very thin plastic cups for tea in room, I know they are tend to split with boiling water. Water wasn't really hot enough for a bath so went for a shower, ok but we really wanted a bath.

First of all, the staff: Starting with the reception, day shift receptionists Maroua & Soumia, night shift Badr, restaurant manager Said & his assistant Abderozok, bellboys, room service & house keeping staff were all exceptionally helpful, courteous & accommodating, always with a smile on their face - a typical example of professional hospitality.

I can't think of anything I didn't like

Staff VERY friendly & accommodating. Great location. Very comfortable bed. Great continental breakfast, good selection, can order eggs to your liking if steam tray scrambled is not your thing. Good espresso coffee. Hot milk. Clean bathrooms.

Tiny elevators. Rooms are well worn, could use a reno. New carpets would make the hotel look almost new again.

I enjoyed my stay at hotel toubkal, firstly upon arrival the staff was very friendly smart and spoke well, I was impressed then the swift check in after that the room was clean and as I had wanted no noise. The breakfast was a real treat which I took full advantage. The front desk greet you with a friend smile very welcoming. Located well all amenities within walking distance.....the valet car park was a surprise which was free...

I liked everything

Great location, rooms are clean and have everything you need. The bed was comfortable and staff was very accommodating. I would pick this hotel over another place we stayed too, cause the location is too good. The restaurant Les Fleur's nearby served really good food (both breakfast and dinner), which is very convenient.

The main inconvenience was a construction across from the hotel. We were jet legged and had to sleep through the construction noise. The sidewalk was partially closed too, but hopefully it'll be over soon. The rooms are on the small side but I guess most rooms in Morocco are like that. The carpet it the room was kinda old and grimy, besides that everything else was nice.

Very comfy big bed. Really friendly helpful staff especially Dionna at reception 🙌🏼. I was away for a few days and they kept my luggage for me. Very close to the CTM bus station and medina.

Generally it’s a little tired and could do with a refresh but it’s in a great location and has very clean and comfy beds

I enjoyed nearly everything, in particular location (very close to Old Medina and bars in the nearby, and three stops from Habous), staff (really nice) and breakfast (rich, good and with a large time slot).

One facilitiy wasn't working. It simply need some renovation.

Reception people were helpful. Room and amenities were as described in the web site.

There is construction and building renovation near the hotel producing a lot of noise. Close to hotel there is ground work, removing the asfalt and installing underground cables. This made a lot of noise and dust,excavated areas remaining open affected traffic and pieton walkways. Room has old furniture.

Fantastic location if you are travelling by public transport - a few minutes walk from CTM FAR bus station, Casa Port train station and the tram line. Also close to the Medina and city centre.

Rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is not particularly life changing but does the job!
