Clean and spacious lobby and breakfast area. Internet good. Free water on first day.

No frig. No complimentary water second day. Hard bed. Staff couldn't give information about sights or how to catch tram. Only gave a vague direction how to walk to Hassan mosque. A map would be useful at the reception as wifi Google maps are so tiny on phone for older eyes. Also not everyone has phone data so once out of the hotel a map would help. No hotel card to show taxi driver if language presents difficulty.

Good, relatively new hotel (group of hotels: you have Kyriad in the same building and Premier classe on the other side). Location was good for me: 1 tramway stop from the train station Casa Voyageurs (from where you take the fast train to Rabat and the train to airport). The train station has a Starbucks, Costa and McDo. Hotel is in 15-20 mins walking or tramway to the other train station Casa Port. PizzaHut and KFC are very close. A supermarket is in the same block of buildings. Plenty of coffee shops nearby, but none really great. It is one of the few hotels of same rating to have a gym. You can comfortably use the stairs instead of the elevator (you can find often plates and glasses on these stairs from room service). Restaurant / bar downstairs is big. Prices for beverages are ok (these were the double in nearby Radisson). Breakfast was ok. On the first floor you have several meeting / conference rooms. These were generally occupied- a good sign. In the basic room you have a tea kettle, no fridge (i believe). Bathroom was good.

In the breakfast area there were 2 coffee machines. One with beans - ok. One with instant coffee- horrible (to cry). The good machine was missing some days. There were a beautiful espresso machine, but the coffee was paying. The gym was quite small 5m by 7m, but always empty (I liked that). Music was extremely loud in the gym (that explains why empty). I found nice personnel at the reception, but also not so nice (breakfast). Would definitely stay again for the same price.

Waaaaoooo everything was just excellent for me. Right from the entrance where Mr. Samir welcomed us and helped us with our luggage. At the reception, Ikram was also amazing to us. Ikram was very professional, always keeping smile, very helpful and accommodating. She is such a wonderful team player for hotel Campanile. All other staff we came into contact with were equally good. My 9 years child who travelled with me kept saying he love this hotel. I will definitely make hotel Campanile my choice anytime I visit Casablanca.

I did not notice anything that could turn me off. Everything was on point. Our room is a bit smaller but not a big issue for me.

Breakfast was amazing! I was impressed they even served beet juice although it was only for a day. Room was very clean and presentable. I felt comfortable and at peace. Staffs were kind and look out for you. Snatch theft for tourism is high in casablanca but the security guards did warned me and looked out for me. even when I went opposite the hotel for an errand, they came out to look out for me. very thoughtful

Not about the hotel but this is a reminder for tourist snatch theft for handphone is high in morocco esp in casa. they come from behind in bike and snatch your handphones away. please dont use it in public especially when you're alone. please be careful

Very good location, near tramway, close to the train station. Good size of the room and also comfortable bed. Good and modern equipment, but wi-fi shaky at times. Breakfast - could expect a better choice. Really good moroccan tea pot!

It was very hot in the room and the only way how to make it a bit cooler was to open the window, but then the sound-proofness was lost and sometimes noise from the street was not pleasant in that case. Smoking in the bar and lobby premises - it was not indicated that it is a smoking facility.

There’s not a lot to do in Casablanca but the location of this hotel is close to Casa Voyageur which made it a superb location, especially if you’re planning to go to a different city.

The AC is weak and can’t be adjusted. The floor is also carpeted and I think that’s causing a weird smell in the room. It’s tolerable but still weird.

Nice breakfast option. Only one thing is that I may have caught a guest speaking to the hotel staff and asking, "Why will they see an Asian here (at the breakfast place)?" And that somehow ruined my mood for the first half hour. I guess the city just not yet ready to embrace 'International'. But overall, the hotel is very good. 80% of the staff are nice, and the facilities are good.
