I stayed at the 'Ibis Casa Voyageurs' only for a single night. It is situated very close to the Casa Voyageurs Railway Station, which can be reached within a couple of minutes by walking. The receptionist was welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. I got a room on the upper floor, which was accessible by an elevator. The room seemed modern, clean and had sufficient space. It was equipped with a table, a chair, and a wardrobe. The bathroom was clean, and the hot water worked without an issue. Towels, soap, and amenities were available.

It's right in front of the train station, making it convenient and safe to walk even at night. The lobby, bar, and restaurant areas are pleasant. I took a picture of the view from the window so you can see just how close it is to the station and how secure the surroundings feel.

The room is quite basic, but it's fine for a one-night stay. The staff speaks only Arabic and French and makes little effort to understand other languages. Only the waiters and receptionists speak some English. The breakfast is decent, though the juice isn't fresh, and the cheese is processed. Surprisingly, the reception didn’t have scotch tape when I asked — I wish they had. When I sought advice, the staff seemed tired and not very eager to help. Usually, receptionists are friendlier, but perhaps I'm used to staying in more luxurious or family-run hotels, whereas Ibis offers a different experience.

The location of this hotel is excellent, being right next to the train station, which made it very convenient for us to catch an early train without having to wake up too early. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. One night, when we were about to enter the hotel, we were followed by a stranger, possibly a tramp or beggar. We turned to the front desk for assistance, and the man there handled the situation professionally. He promptly called security, who escorted the individual away without causing any commotion. The situation was resolved smoothly, and we felt safe and secure. Overall, our stay was pleasant and worry-free, thanks to the great location and attentive staff.

Very good location near the train station. Nice and clean rooms...not big but for a single traveler sufficient. Comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast is not super but well enough. The coffee machine is erratic, beware.... The bar staff is great!

Check in took some time, later I found out why; They cancelled my booking without any notice . Received an email from Booking.com that my credit card was no longer valid.... A few minutes later I payed the room with my credit card....so something is going on here!!

This is our second stay at Ibis Casa Voyageurs. Great, clean hotel, coffee/bar in the lobby is very convenient. Few restaurants in the area, also McDonalds and Starbucks at the train station. Bus station 5-10min away with taxi and (our main reason why we book it every time) right in front of the train station. Even if you have an early flight or late arrival, it is much more convenient and cheap to get the train to/from the airport. You can buy the train ticket also when you arrive at the hotel and you can travel hassle-free on the next day. The staff was very helpful and they let us check out later, so we didn't have to stay too long at the airport. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is traveling to/from Casablanca.

Excellent stay. Easy access from train station, staff was so welcoming and friendly. I feel like a made new friends. I had a bad experience with another hotel in Casablanca and this folks made up for it. They were fantastic, room spotless, little bar/hang out area friendly and warm. Excellent.

This is walkable to train station so not in the center of the tourist area/city, but perfect during travel.

Everything was in line when comparing the location, price, cleanliness, complimentary breakfast and staff interactions. The value for your money could not have been better. The room had just enough space and the bed was comfortable. When comparing price for value this hotel is perfect especially if you want a location close to the train or taxi services.

Cafes were close by, but close shopping was limited.

The staff at check-in- Aziz and Iman were very helpful although they seemed very overworked and this created delays in check-in. However they were excellent in handling procedures The housekeeping staff Hasna was very obliging and with her wonderful English was able to care for our needs, including laundry.

There was no complimentary water in the rooms and the air conditioning was disabled

Hotel is 2 mins walking distance from the train and tram station, various cafe and restaurants are nearby. Tourist places like medina, malls and Hassan 2 mosque are a bit far from here(Ibis city center is a better selection).

Nothing as such it was a bit on the expensive side and no water bottle was provided. Also in the pictures of the hotel they have added the hassan 2 mosque, which can be misleading for people thinking that the hotel is near the shore but that's not the case.

Location is fantastic - literally opposite Casa Voyageurs train station which has *all* the mainline trains from Marrakech in south and Rabat/Tangier in north as well as the shuttle train to the Casablanca Airport. There is a really nice garden square outside, and loads of cafes and restaurants dotted around. The hotel is what you would expect of Ibis chain: spotlessly clean, well maintained, efficient courteous, proactive staff. The restaurant is excellent, breakfast is really good, the bar is also small and good. But by far the best thing about hotel is fantastic location
