Breakfast was nice, location is good, room was clean and comfortable. Hot shower. Overall good value considering the price. Enjoyed staying here for 3 days.

No complaints.. only thing is a later checkout would’ve been appreciated but was declined by the front desk.

"My stay at the Washington Hotel was overall decent, but there were a few things that could be improved. The staff was friendly, and the location is great, but I found the room to be smaller than expected and not as soundproof as I would have liked. The breakfast selection was okay, but it could use more variety. For the price, I expected a bit more comfort. Hopefully, these areas can be improved for a better experience in the future

The location of this hotel is fantastic. it’s close to restaurants, stores, the Medina, central market and other sights. it’s a 10 minute taxi ride to Hassan II Mosque and a 12 minute ride from the train station Casa Voyageurs. This is a very walkable city. My room was VERY comfortable and super clean. Their staff is great and very welcoming. The front desk person, Tare, was very helpful and friendly. I’m very grateful to all of them. Breakfast was really really good and includes all-you-can drink delicious mint tea and coffee. I’m glad breakfast starts at 7:00am since I prefer to start my day very early. For solo females travelers like me: This hotel is safe and secure and in a nice centric neighborhood. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Casablanca.

The room was smaller than I thought it would be and the bathroom could have been cleaner. I also had trouble with the Wi-Fi, which was quite slow. The staff was polite, but I felt like the hotel didn’t quite offer the level of comfort I was hoping for based on the price. Hopefully, these issues are addressed in the future

you need to have transportation service for your clients so that the clients dose not have to hire cab from outside & you really need to work on the air conditioning

The staffs were so nice and polite. Not like the bad hotel singapour . The environment was excellent. The neatness of the hotel was touchdown, so wonderful. Not like the dirty hotel singapour that I had a bad experience. I will always refer this hotel to people and I will love to stay there again when I travel next to casablanca
