All the staff were very professional, always willing, and eager to help. The front desk lady, Hana, is simply the best! She would always go out of her way to provide both social and security guidance; assisting with foreign curreny exchange and logistics guide, sorting out shopping complications arising from language barrier over the phone when called upon, providing culinary guidance, etc, for my family. Commendable also is the fact that she blatantly rejected my cash gift, which was meant to serve as a token of appreciation for her amazing service.

Like everywhere, service and attention by the staff makes a huge difference. The staff at Stayhere Palmier was exceptional, attentive to our needs and helpful guiding us through Casablanca. The place is very well kept, nothing extravagant but short of notjing, very clean and functional.

The area is more businesslike so nothing to experience around the place but pretty central to connect to other locations in Casablanca

Pressure of water is a bit low but didnt affect my showers . Be aware that there are some work construction on going in front of the building and they start at 830 in the morning , so bring some ear plugs if you wake up easily like me.

The location of the house is very central.Bus, Tram and Groceries are 5 min. walk. It's also on a quiet street with restaurants. I'd recommend it also for female solo travelers. Omar, who is the manager, was very helpful. He went out of his way to assist us. We didn't speak French, so it helped a lot that he spoke English. All appliances are well maintained. If you like to feel the comfort of your home, then l recommend this place.

I arrived a bit late as my flight was delayed but the manager came specially at 12:30am to check me in so very helpfull. The aprtment was clean and had all the facilities you could think of.

There was a construction site right opposite and early morning it got very noisy so could not have a lay in. Local guests cant visit.

The location was great and central. The apartment was exactly like the photos. Central air conditioning was available, which was great for summer visits. And the balcony was great too!

The couch had stains and smelled like other people's sweat. We were given two towels only to share for three people and no towel for the floor, so it was slippery getting out of the shower with wet feet; my toddler almost got injured. No complimentary tea/coffee or salt and pepper, which was annoying if you stayed for just 1 or 2 nights.

The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a perfect stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality 🙏

I enjoyed my stay here. The location was central. Achraf was super helpful with answering questions and ensuring I had a good stay. I would definitely be back and also recommend to others.

I like the size and the basic but functional furniture. This time I've missed the water boiler for infusions, but I had the microwaves. It has a clam ambient inside and on the street and good and friendly service. Location is not the best but very functional to visit and going around of the city.

I see that the maintenance is after some time of the opening showing some little points to improve: - microvawes is far from being powerful. It takes very long to heat a glass of water even at maximum power. - blackout curtain was not properly closing filtering some enjoying light from the street. These are not important details because the place is good. But I hope that will encourage the owners to keep their good level.

They were very accomodating with the check in time, we arrived early and they managed to change our room so we wouldn’t need to come back. Really helpful with local food recommendations, the room itself was modern and clean, quite spacious- it did look like the photos. We stayed overnight and didn’t explore much so can’t comment on what there is to do nearby but it is quite central.
