I had an amazing experience at this newly opened hotel in Casablanca. Everything felt fresh, clean, and beautifully designed. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a modern bathroom and all the amenities I needed. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I especially loved the rooftop terrace; the breakfast there was delicious with a great variety, and the views over the city were just perfect. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from the train station and close to restaurants and shops. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations—I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Casablanca!

The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in both the room and the bathroom. One of the highlights of my stay was the spa and wellness area — a true haven of peace in the heart of Casablanca. The pool is beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The hammam and massage service were also top-notch. The hotel’s location is ideal, with easy access to taxis and public transportation, but still quiet and peaceful. I also tried the restaurant: excellent food, good variety, and attentive service. Special thanks to the management and the whole team — you can feel that customer satisfaction is a priority here. I highly recommend this hotel whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. I’ll definitely come back!

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive to every detail. The room was immaculate—beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. I especially loved the pool and the massage —and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever had—fresh, varied, and delicious. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to see and do, yet quiet and peaceful at night. What truly sets this hotel apart is the service—personalized, thoughtful, and always with a smile. I felt truly taken care of. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. Bravo to the entire team!

The property was very well taken care off. There is a team of people spraying and cleaning everywhere. The receptionist was very pleasant. We dealt with Youssra. She was very welcoming and helped us all along as it was our first time in Casablanca. The concierge organized a taxi to take us to Rick’s Cafe which shouldn’t be missed. The hotel buffet restaurant had a very good section of food. We are traveling with 2 CELIAC friends and they were really happy with the fresh and unprocessed selection of food. The dining room staff is very attentive. As we were having their nice buffet they were always there to clear our plates.

The room keys are easily demagnified.

We encountered a stressful situation with our passports, and the staff was exceptionally helpful in resolving the issue. Their prompt assistance and local knowledge were invaluable, and they ensured everything was handled smoothly. I obviously highly recommend New Hotel piscine Wellness & Spa to anyone visiting Casablanca. The excellent location, outstanding facilities, and, most importantly, the dedicated and caring staff made our stay an exceptional one. Thank you for making our experience so wonderful!

The new hotel in Casablanca is fantastic. Tha staff especially Soumia and Hassan, are exceptional. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all excellent, and the housekeeping is very good. The hotel is very clean, and all the staff members are friendly. Whenever I visit Casablanca, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. It’s truly a great place

I stayed at this hotel for three days, and everything was excellent. The manager, Tarik, was very professional — he constantly checked in to see if we needed anything and handled any issues quickly and efficiently. The front desk staff were also very professional and helpful. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
