The property was very well taken care off. There is a team of people spraying and cleaning everywhere. The receptionist was very pleasant. We dealt with Youssra. She was very welcoming and helped us all along as it was our first time in Casablanca. The concierge organized a taxi to take us to Rick’s Cafe which shouldn’t be missed. The hotel buffet restaurant had a very good section of food. We are traveling with 2 CELIAC friends and they were really happy with the fresh and unprocessed selection of food. The dining room staff is very attentive. As we were having their nice buffet they were always there to clear our plates.

The room keys are easily demagnified.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the New Hotel piscine Wellness & Spa in Casablanca, and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. The hotel is situated in a prime, central location that made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The facilities and services offered by the hotel are various and fantastic. Every detail is designed for comfort and relaxation. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Their warmth, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay unforgettable. We encountered a stressful situation with our passports, and the staff was exceptionally helpful in resolving the issue. Their prompt assistance and local knowledge were invaluable, and they ensured everything was handled smoothly. I obviously highly recommend New Hotel piscine Wellness & Spa to anyone visiting Casablanca. The excellent location, outstanding facilities, and, most importantly, the dedicated and caring staff made our stay an exceptional one. Thank you for making our experience so wonderful!

Our stay there was way too short!

Very comfortable bed. Fresh clean hotel with lovely pool and spa facilities. Right on the tram line, so easy to get around the city. Lovely bathroom. Used the car service to get to the airport and it was a spacious and clean vehicle.

The hotel didn't have their electronic payments system working, so needed to go to ATM and get cash. When I booked I chose a room that looked like it had big window with a city view, but our room had a small window no view. I should have asked for a different room-but was very tired and just wanted to rest. Not sure if they would have changed it for us.

the stuff is very very friendly and always looking for solutions. it is not near the center, but near enough that distance to everything doesn’t inhibit trips.

the gym was in a poor state, there were no towels, for example. you could technically get towels from the Spa, but only when the spa was open (at 11:00), I needed up buying some towels. the pool costs extra, and the price is hilariously high.

Very neat hotel, close to a reliable tram stop. The rooms are very large for a decent price. The hotel has a varied breakfast and also a pool/spa, which is quite nice. The only downside was the fact that we had to leave the pool before closing time, no explanation was given and some things malfunctionned.

New spotless and centrally located .The mattress was very comfortable and the bedding was clean and crisp.Breakfast was good with lots of options.The staff was very helpfull. I arrived late and the reception staff, Ayoub and Hasna Adil and Hicham were very welcoming and helpful. They did all they could to organise a spa session at the hotel's hammam even though it was almost closing. Oumayma from the spa team was very skilled and gave me a relaxing treatment .It was great to relax after traveling and to be ready for work the day after.

The staff was great, specially Ms Ameena, she was helpful and supportive. The SPA was wonderful and enjoyable. For sure we will stay in this hotel whenever we visit Casa.

Everything was perfect

Modern, new and clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows, good air con, elevators. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Abit far from the busy part of town, the pool was at an extra charge (650 MAD or 65 euro for 2 people for 45 minutes) with no option to just use pool without the hydra massage component. No balcony in room, just windows which open up.

Bed was very comfortable and shower worked well. Pleasant reception Breakfast and dinner buffet food with many options

Shower drain was so sluggish that water quickly pooled in bottom

We were in this hotel at the very beginning of our trip all over Morocco and after 5 different spas we can say with certainty that it has the best spa in all of Morocco!

Pretty bad internet, calls via watsapp were interrupted even when sitting near the reception. Spa hotel but no slippers or robes in the rooms.
