The staff is friendly. It appears a lot of them work 12 or more hours a day as we saw them in the morning, afternoon , and at dinner time. Every afternoon we'd get a beer by the pool and enjoy the breeze. This is one place the staff was a little off. One guy would come by now and then to ask if we wanted another drink. Several others only walked past us and our empties to serve only one table. Otherwise it was great. We were working odd hours so we slept during the day. We'd awaken afternoon and there would be fresh water bottles sitting outside the room. Much appreciated. When we slipped out for the beer at the pool the housekeeping staff would come in and take care of the room without disturbing us. Again, much appreciated.

I frequently stay at Sky Casa during short layovers for work, and it never disappoints. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay—clean, well-appointed rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, and all the amenities to help you recharge between flights. What really sets Sky Casa apart is the outstanding customer service. A special mention goes to Sane at the front desk, who is always welcoming, professional, and goes out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly. Also would like to mention Ajiou, customer service manager who followed on my stay when I left. Highly recommend for anyone passing through Casablanca.

We chose this hotel for our last night in Morocco because of its proximity to Casablanca Airport (Med V), and it was absolutely the right choice. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, making our short stay very smooth and pleasant. We were even upgraded to a suite, which was such a lovely surprise! Everyone we encountered was attentive and welcoming. We’ll definitely be staying here again whenever we’re flying through Med V. Got delayed by a day so had to book a hotel near the airport at short notice. This hotel was great! Less than 10min from the Casablanca airport, with a free shuttle to and from the airport. Staff, especially Nihan, were efficient, friendly and made us feel welcome. Wifi was fast and available throughout the property. Restaurant offered international dishes, which we appreciated after 11 days of Moroccan dishes (good! But needed a break.). All in all, would recommend staying at this hotel if you need a place near the airport.

Sky Casa Airport hotel was very comfortable, conveniently located, and offered us exactly what we needed on our last day in Morocco. We were short on time but were able to check in quickly upon arrival and immediately get a Grand Taxi to take us right into Casablanca for a tour of the Hassan II Mosque. The staff was helpful and informative. The free shuttle to the airport the next morning was exactly as promised -- it runs every 30 minutes and drops you off right at the terminal entrance. Thanks for making our last evening and morning in Morocco go so smoothly!
