The Riad is beautifully decorated with modern Moroccan finishing. The bedrooms are clean with AC, and the bathrooms have all the amenities needed, including a safe. The staff were very, very helpful, and upon arrival, they gave us a map and told us the main locations, including (and most helpful) the best money exchange near us. We were travelling away from Marrakesh, but due to the good exchange rates, we changed all our money where they had recommended. The breakfast is good, and the staff will very much go out of their way to accommodate your needs, be it food and drinks whenever you like. There is also a parking pick up and drop off point near the riad (which usually isn't the case when you are staying inside the old town).

Riad Houma is in the perfect place just a stones throw from a main pathway through the souks that will take you to the main square called Jemaa el-Fnaa. Breakfast was just what was needed fresh fruit Moroccan pancakes some strange yogurt which tasted nice along with cakes fresh bread and any type of eggs you require with coffee and Moroccan mint tea Bedrooms are a average size with en-suite clean and the bed and pillows are really comfortable compared to most in Marrakesh There is a roof terrace that houses 4 sun loungers a 4 person hot tub many tables and chairs to even have your breakfast or any meal of the day up there A big thank you to Mourad and Ghizlane if it wasn’t for you guys our stay wouldn’t have been nowhere near as good you guys are amazing and you treated us like family

There is only a few things I would change but even if they didn’t it wouldn’t put us off stay there again The water pressure could do with being better and the shower head replaced for a bigger one Water is charged and not free I feel this should change as most places in Marrakesh the water is free More sun loungers on the rooftop would be better as there is only 4 we never had a problem getting any but they could of been easily filled with the 8 rooms they have I feel a mini fridge in every room is needed to make your stay more comfortable The air-con is loud and and can wake you if it is set to automatic I feel an upgrade is needed

The staff were very attentive and so helpful. The breakfast was excellent and always served with a happy face. The location was also good to explore Marrakesh and felt really safe and looked after. Mourad stood out for us since we built a good rapport with him, and Muhammed and Malika are also really helpful attentive. The kindness and hospitality the best I have experienced and we have travelled many places. I have no hesitation to recommend this Riad to staff at. Loved it. I would highly recommend to all. Book fast since only 8 rooms.

Only one slight comment, TV was intermittently working, but to be honest, we didn't need it since we walked so much we appreciated the quietness of the riad away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world.

This gorgeous Riad is spectacular, a gem in the heart of the Medina! It is so elegantly and beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and is in the most ideal location. And the food is excellent!! But these factors alone are not what make this hotel so very special. It is the hosts. Mourad, Soufian and Malika went above and beyond to make sure our stay was truly special. Sadly, we were there during the tragic earthquake on Friday night. There are no words to express our gratitude to Mourad for the care he took to make sure we were safe. His kindness and generosity was overwhelming. Everyone was gathered in the carpark after the quake, and he was continuously checking on us, bringing us water, blankets, clothing, making sure we were not only safe but comfortable throughout the night. A truly kind and caring soul, a unique human being. If you wish to experience true Moroccan hospitality, I highly recommend this remarkable hotel!

We liked the cleanliness of the hotel/riad and the location coz it's just few mins walk to the main road, close to the shops, medina square and atm machines. The roof top is also a good place to hangout when you want to relax and don't want to go out. The staff were so nice and did an excellent service especially Morad who was really very helpful. He even helped me find those local coffee, seasonings, and tea that I brought back home. Also, we appreciate Melita, Mohammed, and Fatima for being nice and for all the assistance/help that they've provided to us during our stay, and the housekeeping staff who were always smiling which adds to the pleasant atmosphere of the riad. Their hospitality is truly remarkable. They made our stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you🙏

We had an issue with the aircondition because the temperature wasn't cold enough on the first night of our stay, but it wasn't really bad during our 2nd night. Another one is the toilet coz it only has a curtain and has no door that we could lock it, and its wall that divides the shower room and the bedroom is just halfway to the ceiling. The room is a bit small, so if you have 4 pcs of luggage, it's kinda difficult to move around or get something from your luggage. Better have 2 pcs of luggage only so you could have enough space. But I guess it is the usual size for the riad rooms. But despite of those small issues, we had a great time at Riad Houma.

The location is great. Close to many attractions. The breakfast was nice. The staff is great. Especially, Mohamed and Mourad helped us a lot with every single demand. Overall, it is a great Riad to stay. Note: We were with the car and there is a very close parking place close by, which is difficult to find in the area. However, be careful with the fee. They ripped us off. It should be MAD 50 per night. However, they tried to charge us MAD 120 per night.

We had 2 sleepless nights during our 3 night stay because of a very disrespectful woman staying next door. Of course this is not the fault of the facility. However, it is a fact that the rooms are not very sound proof.

The Riad Houma is exactly as beautiful as it appears in the pictures, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional service. Mourad and Soufian went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable—Mourad takes care of guests during the night, while Soufian handles things during the day, ensuring 24-hour outstanding service. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, and I also had the chance to experience the Hammam at the Riad—it was incredible. The private Hammam room is impeccably clean, exclusive, and offers a relaxing, luxurious experience. Parking is conveniently located just a minute away from the Riad. While it’s not owned by the Riad, its proximity makes it very easy to access.

There is nothing I didn't like! I absolutely loved my stay and I want to come back.

We spent 4 nights at Riad Houma. Great location away from the hustle and bustle but not too far a walk to the centre. The room was beautiful, the breakfast delicious and and the staff were outstanding. The customer service experience was 5 star. Mourad was the most attentive professional I’ve ever come across in the service industry, he was so friendly and helpful with suggestions. Thank you Mourad and staff at Riad Houma, you truly made our stay incredible. If we are back in Marrakesh we would definitely come back to stay.

It would be nice to have Netflix on the tv for those tired evenings! But not a big deal.

Riad Houma is truly magnificent, and an excellent choice for travelers. The place itself is Beautiful, the suites on the first floor are very large, very affordable, and so, so lovely! More than anything, it's the graciousness and hospitality of the entire Staff that makes this place the "Go-To" place to stay in Marrakesh! We want to thank Malika, Mohamed Amin, and Mourad from the bottom of our hearts....you were all so kind and made us feel so special.

Nothing could have been better....it was just wonderful!

The food was perfect. We had breakfast each morning and also lunch on the day of our arrival. Everything was fresh and nicely presented. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and the Riad was in a great location for site seeing - Bahia Palace was only 2 minutes away, and Jemaa El-Fna was very easy to reach through the narrow streets. Also a great location to get a taxi, as a parking area was just around the corner. The Riad was just as pictured, and the staff made my husband feel very special for his birthday with rose petals in the room, etc. We had a wonderful stay.

No complaints that impacted our stay in a big way, but the jacuzzi really needs a cover as the water was dirty when we looked around the roof terrace. We imagine it gets dirty quite quickly from birds, etc but it did mean we didn't use it, and it didn't look very nice which is a shame.
