This newly opened boutique hotel left me thoroughly impressed. The modern decor and cozy, comfortable rooms. The staff were incredibly attentive, providing excellent service and a fantastic breakfast. The location is ideal, offering easy access to local attractions. Additionally, Rabat was a delightful surprise, with numerous attractions and good beaches just 20 minutes away, which prompted me to extend my stay by an additional night.

The hotel is cozy and nice. Everything is clean and personnel is friendly and helping. The breakfast was appropriate for 4*, grilled vegetables were great, but I never managed to get scrambled eggs, only the hard-boiled ones. Great carrot juice! The rooms are not big but look quite spatious. The location of the hotel is great - in between university and business centres and old town, in a quiet part of the city with many restaurants around.

A colleague of mine had issues with AC which produced some smell, but that was fixed upon request. I had view to the courtyard and slept with AC off and my window open, but every day at 5:50 the roosters from neighboring houses started to sing and window needed to be closed.

Everything was good, the service, the rooms, the location, and the hotel staff were cooperative and loved. I recommend this hotel.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by exceptionally friendly and helpful lady. Every single staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room was clean, spacious, well-appointed], and the amenities were top-notch. my stay was truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend the executive hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic hotel experience. Location is great if you want to be on that side of Rabat. The room is good size. The hotel is new and the bed is very comfortable. Shower has good water pressure. Although in the middle of the city, it is quiet. There is a breakfast buffet with made to order items. The staff is very friendly. The lobby is open air and feels fresh.

The A/C is weak and takes time to cool the room, since it goes off when you leave. The shower leaks lots of water to the bathroom floor. Looks like it is a design issue. It makes showering a bit of a pain. You can park in the garage but it is not easy if you car is low to the ground.

I’d stay here again! The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. The only downsides were the lack of parking and toiletries, even though we informed them in advance, plus some unexpected extra charges. Overall, I still recommend it!

A very nice hotel, a warm welcome and a beautiful room. It was a bit small but super comfortable! there was a lot of choice for breakfast, room service was also a plus! the location was also great.

The bathroom was also very nice, but the only thing that bothered us was when you took a shower that the floor was completely wet. After a while it dried up again, but the fact that the toilet is in the same room was annoying…

This new hotel is very well managed. The staff at reception and at restaurant are very nice and welcoming. I was upgraded to a suite room, which was very pleasant. I would strongly recommend this hotel, which is located a few minutes walking distance from the Mohamed V a university and to the TRAM public transportation. Many shops and restaurants are around the corner.
