The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely welcome kit that included Moroccan sweets and fresh fruits. Everything was clean and well-prepared, making for a very pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile.

The breakfast was simple but had everything I needed. I only wish there had been some fresh fruit available to complete the meal.

The location was central so everything was nearby. The room was clean and the bed and bedding was clean. The shower was working as it should, I've been to many hotels and the shower does not work with hot running water.

The breakfast was minimum. Not a lot of variety. The msemen was not hot, looked quite dry so avoided that. The coffee not great either. The pastries were ok. The orange juice was nice and fresh though. Which is why breakfast is free with booking.

The staff were excellent, helpful, very polite and available for any assitance or service. It was my first experience in Rabat and I was pleasantly surprised

The rooms were a bit noisy, First night I could not sleep because the room next to ours had their TV on until 3 am and I could hear their baby crying. But the staff were very kind and changed my room the next day.

It was at a wonderful location. The staff was good but lot to improve in speaking english. The break fast was below par and need lot of improvements. The washroom door was faulty and inspite of complaint it could not be repaired. Else overall the views and the surrounding were excellent to stay.

The staff are courteous, friendly and supportive. Banda the server is always available and helpful during breakfast. Hind and Hanan the receptionists were friendly and provided useful information about direction and commuting to guests. Siram the house keeper was punctual with room cleaning.

The heating system in the room I stayed should be improved during cold season.

The staff were great and very helpful. Free parking on the street. Tasty breakfast and lots of it. The bed was large and comfortable. Our room was cleaned whilst we had breakfast which was nice.

Not a lot of sound proofing from the hallway side. Could hear lots of doors banging and people talking and the lift as well. A few things in the bathroom are unfinished such as the tile grouting.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days. We loved the locations it’s so close to everything. We loved the service of the staff, especially the cleaning ladies. They were so nice and attentive to everything we needed, and they cleaned everything so perfectly! As well as the reception staff, which were so nice and just made sure we were happy during our stay. We will for sure return to the hotel for our next stay.

The hotel is in a nice neighborhood with lots of free street parking, has excellent breakfast, the sheets are clean, the room has no unpleasant odor.

I booked a room with a king size bed, was given a room with twin beds, and was not warned about it by the receptionist at arrival time.

I was debited twice on my account for accommodation, however the hotel informed me and I was refunded in cash though it cost me to change to euros.

Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.
