The room was super cosy, a lot of wood, spatious and open. Great personnel, very helpful.

Weird composition of breakfasts - often very limited. E.g. one day there was a plate with cheese and when it was eaten, there was no other cheese for 3-4 next few days. Also no fried eggs, no warm meal, just some pastry and prepackaged jam, butter etc. I would expect much more. Also the restaurant was often quite dirty. The towels always had stains, even though they were just replaced as clean ones. A noisy neighbor watched television loudly throughout the night- weak sound insulation.

Most importantly the room was very clean!!! The design of the room was also very nice. There was enough space and large windows what was great. The staff in the reception and in the breakfast restaurant were very nice. It was possible to buy late check out which saved the last day of our trip in Rabat. We want to thank all the staff in the hotel for making our stay perfect!

As a small update the pillows could be changed as the material inside was stuck as pieces (not sure tho if they were ment to be like). Also there could be a water boiler and cups in the room. The bathroom’s window blinds could be fixed as it was not possible to close them as they were broken. We enjoyed the room anyway but those small things would make the stay even better :)

I had a nice stay at Smarts hotel in Rabat. The place is in a very nice neighborhood, rooms are clean and so spacious for the price. And the staff, especially Yasmin, Asma and Hafid were amazing. Really helpful always. Breakfast is basic which I think is nice, a good selection of traditional moroccan staples. Also there is a private hammam right next to it and many great restaurants with nice traditional moroccan cuisine.

Staff is great, rooms are big and the bed was comfortable. Cleanliness was great! Breakfast is typical Moroccan! Overall, great hotel in a very central location.

Expensive (as everything is Rabat) The caprets NEED a professional cleaning. Also some days they took the towels for the bathroom floor and the didn't put a bag in the bin. Some days they didn't though..

The location was in the Akdal area. not far from the train station. Plenty of shops and restorants were nearby. The tramway stop point was not far. The big mosque was also near. The room was specious, and the bed was comfortable. I like the colors of the furniture and the smill of the shampoo.

I stayed on the second floor and was told it is a non smooking floor. Unfortunately, I smelled some cigarette odor around my room. Near the elevator. This was reported to the front disk, but the issue continued.

Spatious room. TV with channels in English and French. Air condicioning works really well. Safe box is easy to use and fits a laptop computer. Staff is professional and helping. Good location (less than 1km close to Rabat Agdal, very centric. Many services are nearby). I had no issues. Dual shower-douche, works well. Overall, I fully recommend this hotel.

This hotel should be proud of the helpful staff they have!! Yassmine (at the front desk) was exemplary with her welcome and assistance with local calls and recommendations. Salma, her colleague was also helpful and experienced speaking perfect English. The hotel is spacious and our room had access to a terrace. Location is ideal as it is close to restaurants and the train station. Restaurants and shops are all in walking distance. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best we have had so far in Morocco! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family as a great choice!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. My room was clean, cozy, and had reliable internet, which made it easy to get my work done. The breakfast was delicious, and the kitchen staff were warm and welcoming. The location is fantastic, right in Agdal, close to everything in Rabat. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Staff was so kind and attentive. The best staff I have ever seen. The location is perfect to discover the city. Car parking spot with a guard.
