Exceptional gardens and swimming pool for a hotel in the city. The hotel biggest strength is its staff which is always smiling, super kind and ready to help. Very good breakfast too. Thanks to Soukania which and also the lady that did my check in this time, she was always smiling and so kind. I went to Fairmont and Marriot before in Rabat however after coming to Sofitel in may, i came back now in June. Even though the other two hotels are more modern and a tad more luxurious the staff in Sofitel is so much more warm and the beautiful gardens and biig swimming pool make you feel like you’re in a resort in the Turkish riviera even though you are in the middle of the capital city Rabat. Little tip: Ask for a room with view on gardens/swimming pool. Waking up is always a pleasure, when you open the windows you see nothing but greenery and it is always very quiet. I slept every night with my glass sliding window door wide open.

Paradise like feeling with the beautiful gardens and swimming pool. The only city-center Hotel to be able to offer this. I also visited Fairmont, even though that hotel is more luxurious. Sofitel in Rabat has my preferance by far.

The hotel was absolutely stunning — very clean and truly five-star. They gave us an excellent room in a great location, with a balcony overlooking a large, beautiful garden. On Eid Al-Adha, they hosted a lovely barbecue with live music, which made the experience even more special. The Moroccan hammam at the hotel was also wonderful. A special thanks to Jalila, a new staff member, who gave us a warm and informative tour of the hotel when we arrived — it really made us feel welcomed.

Everything about our stay was perfect — there was nothing negative at all. Highly recommended!

I had such a great time during my one-night stay at Sofitel Jardin des Roses – this hotel is now officially on my “must-stay-again” list! The room was spotless and cozy, and I especially loved the beautiful view. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. The front desk team was fantastic — welcoming from check-in to checkout. A special thanks to Mrs. Hasna (Guest Relations), Mrs. Chaimae, and Mrs. Rabia for their outstanding hospitality! 😊 All in all, I loved everything about my stay and will definitely return the next time I’m in Rabat! 😊

Room was cleaned twice a day, staff mostly very friendly, reception mostly very helpful, breakfast good

Small wardrobe, hard to climb the bath for shower, wellness area was mostly shut down for females, therefore i went once, female sauna was cold, female hammam was given to men :-( Tennis court needs revision We waited once 1 hour to order the club sandwich Check out was stressful, since people behind did not respect privacy

We enjoyed our stay in the Sofitel Hotel. Hasna welcomed us very well, like she always does. We are here for the second time and will come back next year. Hasna made our stay very pleasant. Also the other staff at the reception answered all our questions. Furthermore we want to thank Malika for everything. And also Jamal during the breakfast sessions. We want to thank the whole staff at the breakfast, restaurant en swimming pool!

I have stayed at this hotel many times and always enjoy the experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the garden and facilities are wonderful too. It's nice having a tennis court in your backyard. The food, particularly the Harira soup is amazing at this hotel. Short drive to downtown Rabat makes it convenient.

The beds are curvy and take a bit to get used to. Smoking is allowed in the closed restaurant area adjacent to the lobby. This is extremely unfortunate since it is disturbing and unfair to those who do not smoke. Moreover the hotel has so many nice external areas where smokers can dine.

Friendly, respectful, polite, helpful staff. Received a free upgrade to a better room with balcony and garden view. Greeted with lovely confectionary and accompanying message. Delicious, high quality breakfast with wide variety. Required taxis for all places we visited while based at this hotel.

Had to keep asking for restock of coffee capsules. An improvement would be if they were restocked daily without having to ask.

Omg one of the most beautiful hotels in Marokko ♥️ i start with the food, because the food was sooo delicious and so good . I am salivating when I think about it 🤤 I tell you one story what happen : “one day of our visit I wanted Tajin . We was going out to eat in one Restoran . But tajin was so bad . I returned to the hotel very disappointed. And the guy from concierge with the name Adel ask me what’s wrong . I told him what happen in Restoran outside . He taked my hand and bringed me to the hotel restoran and they maked for me the best Tajin ever ♥️ ♥️♥️ my big thank you to Aldel and Hasna . They are very good organised. 🫶 the room was amazing and the room service also . The personal very nice . We coming back for sure 👌 thank you for amazing time and amazing holidays. Really it was wonderful

Hotel was very nice and clean. Room and bed was very comfy. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Breakfast buffet was excellent Special thanks to Adeel who was at the hotel guests relations desk. We were there for only one day he guided us and arranged the trip in which we managed to see the most of Rabat city. It was a lovely hotel would definitely like to come back .
