Our rooms were very clean and they had everything needed. The staff cleaned them every day. The location was great. Very safe, some shops nearby, two museums and a mosque. The staff was amazing. Very kind, always helpful. If we had a problem, as soon as we communicated it, it was fixed. If we needed something, we received it.

The breakfast wasn't very good. Not a lot of options, very dry bread, sometimes not very clean. Breakfast is only available from 08:00 to 10:00 which isn't long enough in my opinion. I would like to be able to sleep more and get breakfast until 11:00, maybe 11:30.

Excellent location, close to the medina, the railway station and tram. There are numbers of small shops, bars and restaurants close to the hotel. The room is large and cosy enough.

The room is okay but has a bit "used" character. The breakfast is good regarding its amount and quality but could be a bit more variable.

The location - near two museums, the royal palace, and the train station (Rabat Ville). Also waking distance from the tram station. The bed was really comfortable, bed sheets were soft and clean, and the bathroom was also very good

Nice hotel. loosing yesterday's splendor. Nice lobby, good elevators, classy decor (fading though) and good confort. Location is great, at the center but almost hidden, unobstrusive. I could see that the gym, the games room and even the spa were underused. Pity. The gym is nice.

Restaurant services. No way to get a glass of water, let alone any meal. Like many many hotels around the world. Room and restaurant services have deteriorated greatly.

I am satisfied. Affordable and the place is Clean, close to the center, you can go by walking 👌👌👌 staff are accommodating, smiling and willing to help

I was in Room 501, the door is connected to the other room, so you have to locked it (though it's locked but u heard someone trying to open it) because it's confusing for both side of each room (501a)

It was very efficient, clean and had everything needed. The terrace on floor 6 was especially lovely and had amazing views. Good wifi on terrace and main reception.

The WiFi did not reach my room.

Location is close to everything in a relatively quiet and very safe area. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They are the jewel at the top of the crown.

The breakfast was very basic.
