Location is very convenient. Close to main station, cafe, Medina, the beach too. Taxi everywhere and cheap so you can get to Agdal easy enough. The breakfast is decent, by all means, it does not compare to 5 star hotel from Hong Kong where there is a dim sum station, noodles, pastries station and all sorts but if you remember where you are, and for the price, it is fine. Unlike my stay in a Riad which cost twice as much, at least there are sliced meats options here. 4 choice of different juices and there is coffee and tea, and it is fresh. It runs from 7-10am so plenty of time to get your fill.

The shower could do with a handle bar for safety, it is very slippery during a shower and can be dangerous if not careful. There is nothing to hold on to in the shower.

The man at the reception Oussama was a very nice person. The room is small but was okay for 2 nights. We were on the top floor which had a balcony and a super view. We were there over a Friday and the view on the mosque with the praying men was unique. The view reaches very far and the sunrise was majestic. It’s near to the railway station and it’s also near to the old city. We walked everywhere.

The breakfast could be better & so could the house keeping be. At breakfast, for some dishes I had to wait long. Hygiene could be better too.

The hotel was very clean and modern, and arranged an airport pickup for us that worked well. The staff were really helpful - helping us get our morroccon sims working, and we kept our luggage there after check out, and they were very accommodating letting us use the facilities. The wifi signal was strong, the room was nice, good shower, and there was always someone on reception and a security person 24/7, although it seems a safe area, it was nice to have. Breakfast was from 7.30am, which was great so we could get an early start, and there was a big variety of food at breakfast.

Great place to stay when in Rabat. It's location is a major plus, with "modern" Rabat in the area behind the hotel and Medina only 5 minutes walk from it. I liked the staff. They were very helpful and pleasant. Room was quite spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. If you want to explore Rabat in the morning, take a short pause in the hotel in the afternoon heat and go back in Medina at evening - this is the place for you. If we come to Rabat again this will be the place to stay.

Cozy, convenient, staff are nice and helpful. Especially the waiters in the breakfast time, very friendly. It is a clean hotel, good value, will return for sure.

Only the lift is a bit small, when we travel as a group, if they have more staff to help with the luggage will be perfect. Especially for the senior travelers.

The ONOMO Rabat Medina is a very well located hotel for those who want to be in the old centre of Rabat, located in the middle of the government area and just north of the medina itself. It is a clean, efficient modern hotel that offers excellent value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is not exceptional but it is tasty and offers plenty of variety. The rooms overlooking Rue Ghandi are quieter. Those overlooking the little square at Rue Monastir are busier and offer a more interesting, if noisier, view.

No complaints. This is not a 5-star deluxe hotel, but a good standard family or business hotel. It's a no frills hotel, but a very pleasant one.

Their staff is very good and good location and good facilities especially Osama and kohila and their security staff who is working at day shift they are not doing this as jobs but they know how to keep their national value and humanity now kohila and Osama like my family I love them very good people

The staff were amazing! So friendly and attentive! Help in many ways which makes you feel even more welcomed! When there is a problem they don't hesitate to fix it with good attitude. What made this hotel literally are the amazing staff! So thank you! ❤ Breakfast was nice, there is a good continental section. Rooms are generally clean. So that's a plus! Location is really good. Literally in the midst of the centre AND more a safe location! You have medina train station museums around you....

Not much i didn't like. Breakfast probably could have been a bit more international 😂🤣🙈 but that's just because im a foodie and was missing a good english breakfast! 😂 There was no kettle in the room! :( late night tea is something we love! The beds weren't really comfortable :(

The room was really clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the heart of Rabat and you can walk to the nearby old Medina. Overall it was a good stay.

The room was a bit small and the shower did not have a ventilation system which made the room get a bit steamy after taking a shower. Other than that nothing to complain about. Maybe the price is a bit high for such facilities.
