I checked in, and there was someone there all the time. I had a key to the room and front door, meaning I could come and go as I pleased. The breakfast was really nice and was on the rooftop. It was very quiet, which was lovely, and I had a great night's sleep. However, the best thing was the staff! The lady who checked me in was so nice and friendly. She made everyone feel welcome, and she made sure she said goodbye when I checked out

Not the hosts fault, but the street walking up to the property could be a bit cleaner. Inside, was really clean though!

You are in the heart of the Medina with access at anytime to everything.Banks,Restaurants plus the exceptional staff ready to help at the RIAD. I would like to add how to get there walking from the Medi a big door/ Entrance called Grande Porte. From the "Grande Porte" walk straight in and turn on your first right ,walk straight to the end of the little street and you will turn left into another street. As you turn left you turn right into the first little street and a few metres from there the Riad door will be on your left.Very easy If you follow my guidance.

Nil at this stage. The Riad is currently undergoing renovations so there is room for improvement. The location is excellent; the staff is helpful and friendly; the sightseeing from the terrace is great; the decorative details (walls, tiles, and ceiling lights) are pretty nice and charming.

July is a pretty hot season there, so the rooms could have air conditioning instead of fans. The bathroom is a small and shared one. It could have at least a room with a private bathroom to be picked up.

You could find this riad very easy, google map showed the detail point. Building were well maintain. Room and bathroom were very very clean and quite place. Both staff, one girl and one man were very helpful. Near to 2 tramways stop (Medinat and Chellah). Walking distance to Line 1 Rabat ville tramway stop and Rabat Ville train station. Really it was wonderful experience to stay in this riad 💐💐

Lovely little rhiad . The staff were so friendly and cleaner was non stop . Spotless and breakfast on roof top was a nice touch. Highly recommend the cheap restaurant top of the street, a young lad and possibly his mother were great with my disabled uncle and I. We had Cous cous on a Friday, and tajine in between.

A lot of stairs for my uncle who was disabled , but for majority of people it would not be an issue.

The Riad is inside the city center in the old Medina. Very close to the souk and shops. The interieur is really nice. There are enough bathrooms on each floor.

On the other side of the street there is a pervert living. He loves glimpsing through the bathroom windows. Especially female travelers should be aware of this weird guy.

Great value. Friendly staff. Clean fascilities. Silent at night. Located in the medina. Good breakfast. Beautiful historical building.

Not necesarrily something to dislike, but when it rains, some water gets into the common areas (but not into the rooms themselves) - however this was no issue and is expected when one lives in a beautiful historical building.

I loved the location. It was easy to find and in walking distance to everything. It is inside the medina and google maps worked for directing me there. You take a right in the first street when you come in through the gate or from the main square and then a left then a right down the first alley. The buildings in the alley are painted blue and white so you can't miss it and the riad is on the left. It's a basic room and good value for the money. The bathrooms were small but very clean and there was always plenty of toilette paper and soap in all the bathrooms. This is not a hotel so be prepared to bring you own personal toiletries. The wifi worked great during my stay and with only one wall socket in the room they had a power plug which gave me 3 outlets to use. It was quite at night and I slept real well and woke up to birds chirping in the morning. I had a comfortable and convenient stay and would stay there again. it's also a pretty straight shot if you plan on walking to or from the Gare Rabatville train station FYI if you want to catch the bus to Les Jardin exotiques it's the L3 bus at the Bab Challa station across the street from the medina wall and tram. Google maps had me get off at the stop after but just tell the driver or get off at the OFPPT stop which is right next to the garden and where the bus stop is to get back Rabat station. Cheers

Super friendly and welcoming staff. I really liked it. Great location, cool terrace, comfortable beds, flawless Wi-Fi, and a delicious breakfast. I had a problem with my knee, and the staff brought breakfast downstairs just for me.

It is actually in the middle of the Medina so super convenient for exploring [especially if you’re not staying in the city for an extended period] + despite this, is really quiet considering the location as it’s on a side street that’s off a side street from the main strip. The bedroom has all the essentials + I was given clean towels. The riad is very clean + decorated very lovely. I also opted to have the breakfast for only 30 DH + it was very reasonable/delicious. Shukran bezef!

Be careful when it’s been raining because I slipped down the stairs this morning when coming in from outside- There needs to be more door mats around the riad for safety!
