I liked how traditional the property was and where it was located. The staff were exceptionally helpful and made my stay pleasant and enjoyable. It was the first stop on my itinerary travelling around Morocco, and I very much enjoyed it. Be mindful, that it is a relatively busy area so you do get a bit of noise. However, this adds to the hotels charm and beauty. My stay included breakfast and the price point was fantastic. Would recommend anyone looking to travel to Morocco to visit this hotel as I thoroughly enjoyed it. I have travelled from Wales but I can speak an intermediate level of Arabic so it was nice being able to talk to the staff. The staff was great: kind, knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming. It was good to have a warm breakfast in the early morning. Location in the historic Medina for us was a plus iof you have a penchant for history and incline to understand how the people lived in times. Contrarily to the Marrakech medina GPS worked here which is a plus navigating through the dozens of small allies & mini streets many with dead ends. In addition, a huge improvement that the smallest streets have names. We felt very safe at all times.

This is bed, bathroom and breakfast, and that's literally it. For the price, it is completely adequate. Staff is nice, water pressure is good, surroundings are quaint but felt safe. There was noise from the street (mostly children playing) but it was the price for the opportunity to observe the life of medina. Probably they have quieter rooms on the other side. For the breakfast there was fried egg with vegs, crepe, bread, pastry, butter and jam, orange juice and very goiof coffee.

A sign on the entry door would be very much helpful in finding the property. WiFi was not always working.

On arrival our taxi driver had taken us for a bit of a "ride" and dropped us some distance from our accomidation. The old town region is a bit of a rabbit warren and the owner kindly came to find us and lead us to the accomidation. The staff went out of their way to help us when we needed it. The bathroom while small was the most modern and functional we had in our 3 weeks in Morocco. Everything in it worked. We were able to get some decent and reasonably priced food within walking distance of the riad. Just look for where the locals are eating. The riad was located withing walking distance of a lot of the attractions and main railway station in Rabat. Having said that we clocked up over 20,000 steps on each of the two days we spent in Rabat. The rooftop terrace was a great place to eat your breakfast watch the sunset or catch up on your computer work. Pity it was rained while we were there and the tiles were slippery and the tables had to be scrunched together under the covered area of the terrace. Good security

There were power points adjacent to the beds but a small desk to put my laptop on would have beeen handy. The terrace is a great place to eat breakfast but the tiles were very slippery in the rain. The breakfast was the fairly standard breakfast you get in Morocco a bit more variety would have beeen great.

It was really clean and the interior was modern and very beautiful. The Rooftop was really nice, especially the little part with the sofas, to relax in the evening. The location is nice as well and central in the old medina. But the most outstanding thing, was the service and help on every behalf from the personal. Big thanks to Oussama for the great conversations, your recommendation, help and time we had. We didn't stay for a long time but it was great and we would definitely recommend it!

The window was closed but not completely sealed, so it got a little cold and the blanket was not as thick. The air conditioner didn't really heat up the room properly.

It was a pleasant stay in a central location. We could easily get around Rabat. The best in our experience was the staff, who took care of us, provided all the necessary info on the parking and how to get around, and even printed our Ryanair boarding passes which was a great time saver. Thanks a lot to Osama for helping us and getting us some water (we were leaving on the next day and didn't have any cash left).

We liked everything, maybe it was just a bit nosy during the night when there were trucks that cleaned the road, but I assume it happens everywhere in the city.

The riad is close to the old market. Very close location from many restaurants and tourist attractions. They serve home made breakfast which was delicious! The room and toilet were clean. Really happy with the stay.

Nothing bad, just want to mention that riad is a traditional house which usually has lots of stairs. Also the old market gets very crowded from time to time. If you have big luggage be prepared for the road and the stairs.

Breakfast was very good. They accommodate my preference the way I like the eggs in the morning. The location was perfect close to the museum, restaurants. The hotel is located in Medina Rabat, and it give you the opportunity to learn about the Moroccans Cultural. Osama made my stay perfect!! He did help me with everything! He arranged all my trip around. He made feel safe during my stay.

My experience was wonderful.

Excellent terrace and perfect location. Although this is a riad in shape it's not a traditional once decor-wise but it's clean and more modern. Breakfast on the terrace was a real treat.

One point knocked off for the dismal wifi. It would occasionally connect then go away, it was virtually unusable in the room. I was in room #1, perhaps other rooms have better luck. Another point is knocked off as this hotel has those annoying frosted-glass bathroom doors which don't offer complete privacy. Moreover there's about a 3/4-inch gap around the door itself.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff especially the manager. Nice terrace to eat breakfast. Well placed in the centre of medina 10 minutes walk to the trams to the city centre and in the other direction 10 minutes to the kasbah and sea

Rooms a little on small side and little storage for clothes
