Very good location, new furniture, clean, amazing staff, breakfast is nice, At breakfast, it would be better if cutlery and napkins were also on the buffet table, with the hotel being full, almost 100% occupied for 8 days, there was not enough staff to serve breakfast and arrange food on the buffet table. We suggest breakfast until 11 am. THEY MUST ADD A BEAUTIFUL FOYER of the reception and terrace bar, a corner which would be open from 11 am to 12 pm (coffee, tea, drinks, cocktails, wine...).

We were impressed when we arrived, as the beauty and elegance of the hotel were breathtaking. It is such a gorgeous boutique hotel! We were greeted by a very friendly desk manager, and we were offered a complimentary drink while he checked us in (Bonus for consideration and customer experience). The breakfast was delightful, local cuisine and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach, the Medina and wonderful local restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing break in Rabat!

Refurbished rooms are very modern and have good fittings. Spacious reception area . Friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfast selection adequate but maybe not as varied as other Moroccon hotels recently stayed in. Very good location for exploring on foot and choice of eateries and supermarket closeby.

The rooms have hardwood floors and every movement from the rooms above transmits annoying noise. Guests moving furniture at midnight is not conducive to a good night's sleep. A pity as in other respects my stay was pleasant .

This is a very good value for money place. All standards are held, it's clean, it's at a good location if you don't mind walking a bit, the breakfast is nice and clean. The personnel is very very helpful and professional, they really do their best, they are polite, eager to help, respond to every request right away, always with a smile and good disposition. You will get more than you expect in a 3* hotel. Would stay again when in Rabat.

Some problems in the shower (leaks and poor maintenance, but nothing that made our life hard). WiFi was not always good quality or high-speed but it works ok if you're not there for work, and you can get a 10+ GB Moroccan SIM with 50 euros and get by in all situations.

Lovely lobby and view from breakfast room. It was very short walk to restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Note that WiFi in lobby is different from WiFi in your room so get that information before going up to your room. The room is small but very clean and comfortable bed.

The bathroom was clean but I found that the toilet was tucked into tiny space between shower and wall. It’s ok but if you are a large person this might be a tight fit. Unfortunately I think I arrived a bit late for breakfast and it seemed mostly sweets were available.

It's a very cosy place to stay. Price range for value is very good, the staff is super helpful and friendly. The bed is very comfortable. Good variety of breakfast, from salty to sweet. Location is great, multiple landmarks in max 30-40 mins walking range. Recommended

For couples stay maybe provide an extra blanket - only personal preference, we can't sleep with 1 big duvet :) The walls are thin, can hear everything from common walls&ceiling but in general it wasn't super noisy.

Big lobby with lots of couches and tables. Room was really good, it had two individual comfy beds, a desk, small fridge, a TV and a closet with a safe and my room had a small but nice balcony. The bathroom was also good, big towels and the usual bathroom amenities like soap, shampoo… Staff was really nice and helpful. Location was perfect since main tourist spots like Hassan Tower, Old Market, etc were a nice short easy walk away.

There was a funny smell at times but it would go away with the aircon that I had on most of the time since the weather was quite hot, so not a big problem as the rest of the stay was really pleasant.

It was an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was fantastic, so polite, always helpful (even with things like printing the documents or changing the money). Also they give you water, tea or coffee, I enjoyed it so much. The rooms are nice, clean so as the bathrooms. For the breakfast you may choose plenty of different options to eat. The location is wonderful, almos next to the Hassan tower, very close to the Cathedral, Rabat-Ville train station and the centre. 100% recommend it!

Great location, rooms were nice and tidy - clean bed linens and towels. Breakfast had great choice of foods and they were kind enough to provide anything that is missing. They were so kind to change the room that we stayed, the only problem was that the bathroom had some smell to it. There was lock box and small fridge in the room. Also we got the room with an ocean view.

We took the shower, after what the bathroom was flooding because of bad engineering. Staff was friendly, but it was hard to get someone to clean it. Only after 3rd time they did it and lied that we placed the red sign on the doors, even though we never touched it. We asked for two room cards, they refused, and gave us only one. Overall the stay was okey and we enjoyed it.
