A really nice hotel close to the river and the city center, having a roof top swimming pool with nice views, beautiful facilities and a really nice personnel. The water was given for free every day to my room. Nice spacious bathroom including bidet. There was no problem with WiFi connection during my stay.

The breakfast should be better, of course there's a lack od pork meat, but also of fruits, there is just basic vegetable, at least you can ask for an omelette, which was good. In my case there was a lack of towels in my room, not sure they were dealing with some problem that day... The room is well equipped but the forniture is not the most modern one.

The entire staff, including the security, parking attendants, front desk, cleaning and concierge were professional, courteous as well as helpful. Our room had a great view of the Marina. We enjoyed the terrace views at night as well. Our room was clean upon arrival with no issues. I agree with most reviews that the hotel is due for updating, and the premier feature of this hotel is its location.

The have a bar area, near the lobby which allows smoking inside, so we never went in there. Certainly would prefer that smoking would not be allowed inside at least. We never ate at the restaurant either. There were far better choices, at better prices nearby.

From the moment i arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, starting from the attentive individuals at the door to the friendly receptionists. One aspect of my stay that truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality provided by the hotel staff. They were not only welcoming but also went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met throughout my stay. Their genuine friendliness made me feel right at home from the very beginning. However, it's worth mentioning that the furniture in some areas of the hotel could benefit from renewal. While this didn't detract significantly from my experience, it was noticeable and could enhance the overall ambiance of the establishment.

The staff are super friendly, and the location is the best in Rabat. The room was clean, except for the carpet. The food was good, with very good quality but not much variety. (some types weren't fresh) The Wi-Fi is great everywhere except for the far corner of the room.

Nothing to bargain about. just i wish they put a "Please clean my room" sign along with the disturbance sign.

Spacious room, plush atmosphere and rooftop poolside bar. Good food at the restaurant a la carte. Excellent location and sea view.

Breakfast could be better. The juices were disappointing and some items were stale. However there was a wide variety of foods to choose from so we had an excellent meal once we knew which items were good. Housekeeping although thorough at cleaning short supplied us with towels and we had to phone down to reception 3 days out of 4.

Although price is more reasonable compare to other 5* hotels. I think this hotel is quite a bit old. The furnitures and carpets, even the towels must be replaced. If they are like to continue stay 5* hotel they better do something about it. But for the price my review and review point is high.

Great services ! Worth the money Parking Swiming pool and terrasse waiters on the Terrasse. Lovely Staff especially at the reception, Miss Nisrine and her colleague !

One waiter during breakfast was talking to me impolitely and wanted to impose on us which table we should take. He seems nervous and just want guests to leave so he can clean the tables. I told the receptionists about this exeperience. I also suggest doing some renewals and especially to the roof that has glass ...which is not safe for guests ...the receptionists know more about this ...

Location of hotel was perfect also it was fair value for the 2 night stay. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I did book the hotel under hotel 'Rabat' barcelo group but my satnav took me to another hotel Rabat. Don't understand why it's under hotel 'Rabat' on booking.com but it's actually Farah hotel as I spent over 30mins looking for the right hotel. I think rooms need some refurbishment that's all really.

The hospitality of the staff is amazing, the cleanliness and comfortability of the room is great and the helpfulness of the staff with all our questions, they also gave us complimentary things because it’s our anniversary

I liked the location but if you open the window it is too loud there is a lot if noises cars, train etc. and both views are basically city view

Airco in the night blowing warm air, fitness equipments need to be renewed. A nespresso machine in the room would be nice. Flat TV screen was small.
