My stay at the Fairmont hotel in Rabat-Sale was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel staff, particularly Ms. Hajer who ensured us a late check out and sorted out all the details we needed for the city tour and Mr. Mohammed, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The warm farewell from Miss Yousra and Miss Nora was a lovely touch. The entire staff demonstrated genuine hospitality, making us feel valued throughout our stay. Situated along the Abu Alrigraq river, the Fairmont hotel offers breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The rooftop bar, with its panoramic vistas, provided a remarkable experience. We were captivated by the stunning scenery while enjoying carefully curated music that enhanced the atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel boasts a professional and relaxing spa. The spa treatments were of the highest quality, offering a rejuvenating and tranquil escape after a day of exploring the city. The culinary offerings at the hotel were diverse and meticulously crafted, from traditional Moroccan dishes to international favorites. The food was of exceptional quality . All the hotel staff behaved exceptionally, always being attentive and helpful. I had an initial problem with the plane tickets due to a cancellation of one of the flights, and they managed it with exquisite attention and concern, so I cannot fail to mention and congratulate Booker for their excellent disposition. The hotel is located in a very good area, and the facilities are very good, as is the staff who are always willing to help with anything one might need. This hotel is highly recommended, and I can only look forward to returning to Rabat and staying at this hotel again, from where I have only taken away good memories

Staff was excellent, would like to specifically mention Moad and Jafar. We got sick and staff helped us get medicine and kept checking in on us. They are the highlight of our stay there and we are truly grateful to them. Rooms were pretty nice and were clean and comfortable. Location is great and easily walkable to major attractions in the area.

View was non existent from our room, which when paying close to 300 dollars a night is a bummer. Breakfast was mediocre and service (at breakfast) was subpar. We requested juice as an example and never got it. Requested milk to be refilled in the cereal section (for our baby) or given to us, also did not get it. The fridge in the room did not work and we were unable to store milk for our son.

Hospitality From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed and greeted by wonderful staff who made our stay very memorable. We were due to spend 4 nights in Rabat/Sale and then 9 days in Fez; we missed our stay once we left so much that we shortened our stay in Fez to 4 days and spent another 5 nights at the Fairmont Hotel, which allowed us to visit Tangier as-well. Overall we are much happier with the way our trip panned out as opposed to how we had originally planned Special thanks to the excellent Concierge manager, Jaafar, who took care of our every request, arranged transport and tours for us around Tangier, to Fes and was always there to assist us with any queries about our stay. Most importantly, Jaafar made us feel like we were staying at a home away from home; we feel blessed to have met him. Jaafar and the team made a lot of effort to make our 3 year old son feel welcomed, ensuring that he spent time with Tiffany the dog and the rabbits which he thoroughly enjoyed. El Mahdi was also exceptional and incredibly hospital and quickly became our son’s favourite person. Amongst other people we have to mention are Younness, Taha, Hatim, Mustafa, Salah and Mohammed, as well as the lifeguard at the pool and the doorman and countless others. Animals! Having the rabbits and Tiffany the dog to play with definitely added to my 3 year olds experience of this trip. It was a nice touch. The rabbits had given birth to 5 new babies during our stay so was incredibly fascinating for our preschooler. Safety We felt very safe walking around the hotel at all hours with a young child; the people were incredibly friendly and there is security presence- again they were very friendly with our son as well so he thoroughly enjoyed our evening walks near the marina. Location The hotel is ideally situated in Salé; very short boat ride away from Rabat lovely views of Rabat from the rooms and the beach is just across the street. Gym and Spa We liked the facilities here a lot

Improvements are being made to the hotel so no real negatives to be honest Private beach- the hotel is in the process of constructing a private beach which would be nice for residents although the current public beach is pleasant but can get busy.

rooms were really great - facilities, space, bathrooms, mini balcony - all great distance to the beach and to medina (via gondola) meet and greet by the staff choice for breakfast parking for the cars Animals (Tiffany the dog and rabbits)

costant issues with the keys (and 1 member of the staff who kept telling us we shouldn't keep them with the mobile phone - which we didn't andwho didn't react as per his commitment to deliver working keys) we have only learnt about rabbits after check-out - for families with kids especially would be great to know at check-in swimming pool not available during our stay (but this has been knows before our booking - hence no issue)

The ambience of the hotel is beautiful and the roof top bar is lovely at sunset. Breakfast - the coffee and fresh juice was very good. Staff pleasant and professional, decor modern fresh and opulent

Ordering food and drink by QR code is still not a comfortable guest interaction, especially when the information on menu options are limited and not adequate in all languages. Breakfast was not so great as there were many guests taking large amounts of food at once making it very difficult to pick fresh foods. I was concerned regarding the cleanliness of the buffet food.

The hotel and the staff are absolutely amazing… thank you! loved the hotel and the people working there… this is my second Fairmont for our tour in Morocco and probably will only always stay at Fairmont

Getting to the City of Rabat was kinda a setback considering that you need to take a boat to cross to the other side of the river

Very comfortable rooms and well furnished hotel.

Room temperature was not good. It was cold even though I set the heating system highest. But when i i wake up, room temperature was ok. Heating system running all night at highest temperature could make the room temperature just ok. Normally, if the system worked properly, i would have woke up and would decrease the temperature. Breakfast could be better. It was not bad, but i would expect more

Beautiful hotel in a quiet and new area of Rabat, the rooms were very nice with big bathrooms and the facilities of the hotel were great, will definitely not hesitate to stay here again next time in Rabat.

The first room i stayed in was over looking the bar and the DJ was playing very loud music until 11:30 which didn't help much with trying to sleep after a long flight, thankfully the hotel then changed it to a better room but they should keep this in mind for other guests
