We received a warm welcome and some wonderful tea on the rooftop when we arrived. The decor of the place and the room is lovely and traditional. We liked all the mosaics and the colors. The staff was very kind when we asked to store our bags the next day while we did some site-seeing. The location is great. You are super close to a main road where you can easily get a taxi and walk to the Kasbah. Also, it is just steps from the medina and not too far from the busier section of town.

Honestly, the only issue is the size of the bathroom. If you are on the larger side, you might struggle fitting in the shower. It is quite small. But it's an older building, so that's probably pretty normal for this type of accommodation.

The staff was very attentive and kind. The building was very nice and it was great to have a roof top terrace and small pool. I had an early morning and had to miss breakfast, so they made me a meal to go. The breakfast on site was very good and included choice of eggs, coffer or tea, and different types of bread or crepes.

It was not a big problem, but the access was only on foot., but only a short walk from a Main Street. It was fine once we knew where the B+B guesthouse was located.

Dar Kika Salam by DKS, another good find hidden gem!! We were welcomed with open arms by Hicham who would not let us lift a finger… Hicham carried all our items from the beginning to the end of our stay. He advised us where to walk, eat, and tour. The riad and room were exactly as advertised… footsteps to all Madina dining and shopping. The rooftop breakfast was simple and super cute all again served by the amazing Hicham!!! This is a gorgeous beautifully decorated riad! As long as you have done your research to understand riad style locations… you will enjoy Dar Kika Salam by DKS!

Beautiful room and excellent location, just a couple of blocks away from the gardens and the Ocean. Loved that it had a pool in the rooftop terrace with a good view. The breakfast was delicious, and the attention was very good.

The room has very little privacy. There are two windows that don't have curtains and overlook the hallway, so anyone walking by can see you coming out of the shower and in the bed. Other than this privacy issue, this is an excellent option in the medina.

An excellent, beautiful property, in a perfect location and a most excellent host in Abdel who made my stay so enjoyable and easy. His service was beyond expectations, arranging transport from Casablanca, getting me an adaptor and local mobile sorted and taking me to the train station to get my ticket for the fast train (which was problematic as the machine didn't want to accept overseas cards) and getting me on a taxi when leaving. Can't speak highly enough about Abdel who was hospitality plus. And recommended a fabulous restaurant Dinarjate just a few passages away. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

There was nothing not to like and Abdel made it a pleasure to feel so looked after especially as it was my first time in Morocco.

Authentic Riad on the edge of Medina. Very convenient location, easy to get out from Medina narrow streets, easy access to main road for taxis, near to main touristic attractions and to the restaurants at riverside. Nice panorama view at the rooftop terrace for breakfast. Helpful staff

You should be careful not to make too much noise, old house, thin walls, it is easy to disturb other quests.

The property was ideally placed within Rabat and walking distance from all the places I wanted to visit. The accommodation was beautiful and the room allocated was very nice, comfortable and relaxing and had everything I needed. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful offering local advice on dining out etc. The breakfast provided was very nice and tasty. I would definitely recommend the accommodation to anyone visiting Rabat.

Loved the staff! Abdel and Hicham were awesome and accommodated every request that we had during our stay. The Riad is very clean with beautiful views from the terrace. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the city.

There was a really strong smell in the bathroom from the pipes which wasn’t ideal. But other than that it was a really pleasant stay.

Great location, inside the Medina but easy to reach by car or taxi. The service is fantastic (Abdel and Hicham are friendly and helpful hosts who speak several languages and are accessible 24 hours a day), and the breakfast is very good. The establishment is clean and comfortable (it has an elevator and a beautiful roof terrace with a small pool).

If you have a street view room there is some noise from outside. Since it is on a quiet street we found this not much of an issue. If you're a light sleeper you can pick a room facing the inside of the riad
