Located just inside the medina and 14 minutes from the beach, Riad Dar Zouhour is easy to find. A short walk to the river and destinations such as the central market make this a perfect location. My group of 11 loved the ambiance of the home and the beautiful rooms. Our hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Although there are plenty of restaurants in the area, don’t miss ordering dinner at the riad! We enjoyed a fabulous tagine dinner, and each morning the breakfasts were plentiful with fresh Moroccan breads with jams, and cheese. I appreciated their help arranging for a guide to show us the city. We had a marvelous time with the gregarious and knowledgeable Hassan Belfakir. Ask for him! I recommended Riad Dar Zouhour and look forward to booking again!

The Riad had a lot that I loved. Firstly, the location was superb, it was right in the middle of the Rabat Madina which was 5 mins walk from the beautiful Kasbah of the Udayas, also same short distance walk from the Rabat marina where you can check see some comforting view of the sea and beach. I also booked breakfast included which was prepared every day by the time I woke up and it was delicious Moroccan breakfast including tea and all. Also the decor was traditional Moroccan with the Zellige tiles and the colours made everything look beautiful and peaceful. Also a huge thanks for Halima who worked there, she always met you with a great smile, she was very helpful and cheerful. She provided information on where to go, where to buy what I wanted and anything really that I asked for in Rabat. She's a gem and such a wonderful person. I recommend the stay to anyone and especially the rooms downstairs on the ground floor as they had really authentic and Arabesque style to it which made it look different than your modern day bedrooms. All in all, loved the stay at the Riad :)

Loved the room, very comfortable with nice touches like water and cups and the sheets and bed were good quality. Very nice and hospitable staff doing a great job, especially Nora. Also really good communication. The breakfast was also delicious. Also loved the option to purchase an espresso if needed in the morning, which of course it was. The Riad is in a nice area and well located for a stroll on the beach, the markets and even the train station so it suited us well. We also enjoyed relaxing on the roof terrace for a quiet read. Top marks!

A beautiful Road tucked away down quiet streets but still close to the heart of the Medina and a short walk from the beautiful Andalusian gardens. Incredibly friendly host who was always helpful and smiling. The riad has a beautiful courtyard where breakfast is served and the accomodation was always peaceful and quiet

The room was simple (e.g. no TV) but really well cleaned every day and the Aircon worked really well

We felt very welcome in the Riad, it is very beautiful and clean, there was a little sitting area with a TV and games and books, there was a clear glass roof that opened an closed, there was lovely greenery in the middle, there was a lot of little details that made the place feel warm and homey. WiFi was very strong and worked through out the whole Riad. Rooms were a decent size however there were 2 single beds instead of 1 queen bed in our room. Service was excellent and always with a smile. They asked what time we wanted our breakfast so it would be ready the next morning and had a variety of drinks for breakfast where we could have more than just one cup to drink, felt very easy to ask for more as the staff were very kind. The AC was very modern and worked well. The bathroom was a bit small but everything fit nicely and it was all clean again. There were even charging ports in the bathroom and through out the room in comfortable places like beside the beds and sitting areas, both inside the room and outside. The Riad was well protected with a security code that would open the door itself. Close to the seaside and the Medina. However some noise travels through the Riad and from room to room but overall was a wonderful stay.

Riad Dar Zouhour was exceptional for us. We decided last minute to leave a part of our luggage there while we traveled around Morocco and then rebooked Dar Zouhour for our last night in Morocco. The staff booked a 4am taxi for us, retained our luggage for a week AND found my headphones that I left the first night! Bravo!

Not the Riad's fault but since both times we left early we didn't get to experience the breakfast! Next time!

We were in Warda room located on the street/entrance side of riad. The room was a great size for a longer stay. Clean. The owners were lovely and helpful. The staff at breakfast and around the hotel were always happy smiling and willing to help even though we only spoke English.

As stated we were on the noisey side however that is life in a riad so we made sure to wear earplugs and all was quiet and slept well every night. Breakfast was standard.

Excellent directions and easy to find. Friendly staff with good advice. Beautifully decorated Riad. The ground floor rooms are around the charming courtyard where breakfast is served amidst bougainvillea. Lovely small terrace with sun loungers up steep steps. Access by code at all times made it very easy to come and go. Air conditioner in our room worked well and there was plentiful hot water.

The location is convenient, the taxi drop us at nearest old city door and two minutes walk to reached Riad.from new bus station CTM bus stop at to the Riad we hired a blue taxi, which used meter, the taxi fare is lesser than 50 did, we.gave 50 (equal to $5), taxi from Riad to train station Rabat VILLE costs us less than 10 dim, we gave the driver 15 since we prepared.

Breakfast is so so, no boiled egg like in other Riad.

One of the most beautiful riads I have stayed in Morocco. The rooms have everything you could ask for. Beautiful attention to detail.

Make sure you specify if you would like double or twin beds in the messages. Booking said that several of our rooms had 2 twin bed (what we needed) but upon arrival the rooms had double beds. I think they are fixing the discrepancy on Booking.
