The Riad is a classically beautiful representation of the gorgeous Moroccan traditional architecture and ambience. Additionally, the staff are amazingly kind and treat you like great friends. Shoutout to Majid (sorry for wrong spelling!) who is the host with the most ! The place is incredibly clean, a bit rustic, but it actually enhances the allure of this gorgeous place! The staff served a good breakfast ; one must ask for eggs/omelette to be served if you prefer it. This fantastic place is located inside the mystical maze of alleys of the Old Medina- a vast network of traditional shops that are overflowing with beautiful souvenirs and what not. The main tourist attractions, ie the Hassan Tower, the Kasbah Udaya, and the Rabat Beach are all within less than 30 minutes of walking distance. Did I mention that this place is in the middle of a vast endless maze of souvenir shops that is the Old Medina Souk ? Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this place for your stay in Rabat !!!
If I may make a recommendation, it would be to mention within the listing that the best and shortest way to access this incredible Riad is by asking your taxi drive to drop you off opposite the entrance to the Kasbah of the Udayas because it is a relatively short walk, about 10 minutes, from this spot to the Riad through the market. Or rather, it is a more straightforward path of least alleys to walk through before arriving at the Riad. Otherwise, if your taxi driver drops you off elsewhere outside the walls of the Old Medina then you risk walking through endless alleys to the Riad. Not an easy feat to do or a relaxed way to start your trip, especially with your luggages!

The rooms were nice and appropriately sized. The big suite our friends stayed in was gorgeous and huge. Our double was sufficient. There is a very nice area upstairs to spend time in. We got delicious tea when we arrived while they got our things to our rooms. They also arranged for cabs to pick us up at the hotel at an outrageously early time so we could catch our 6 am flight.
The breakfast was just ok. We got used to fruit, yogurt, eggs, and several kinds of breads on the table so this wasn't impressive. Fine, but nothing to write home about. If you asked for an omelet they would make it for you, but this wasn't written down anywhere.

Very nice Riad. The owner provided us with rooms on the first floor and we could literally choose which room we wanted to go to. We were a group of 11 people (9 adults and two small children), and we had booked 4 rooms. All the rooms are very nicely decorated, everything is clean. The breakfast is classic: homemade pastries, sweet spreads and fried eggs. Coffee and tea are also available. The Riad is located in the Medina. There are shops nearby, but it is not far to walk to the Hassan Mosque and the Mohammed V Mausoleum. I thank the hosts for the recommendation of the Dar Naji restaurant. A very nice restaurant with Marrocan food. The prices are correct. I want to highlight and praise the kindness of the owner of this Riad. In the Riad you can pay by card, which is also very important and significant for tourists.

This Riad is absolutely stunning in an exceptional location. It's a photographers paradise. Clean, beautifully presented, comfortable beds and a lovely breakfast in a beautiful setting with friendly staff. Easily accessible as just a short walk from the main road, very close to the better part of the old medina and near the port.
The riad isn't staffed as they usually are and they meet you for checking in and breakfast. Once there they issue you a code for the door which in our case was incorrect so we were locked out upon our return. Luckily I was able to use my phone to call them to sort it out but it wasnt ideal. The riad itself however is amazing.

we got a free upgrade; we booked the 17m2 double room 'tangaouia' but got the substantially bigger 'grande suite rbatia' (45m2). the room was very pretty with traditional interior, a living room area with an extra bed/couch, a big double bed and a bathroom with toilet, bathtub and sink. the staff was very friendly and professional, the breakfast was delicious, the sitting area on the rooftop was nice and comfortable. the riad is located at the edge of the medina, which is convenient as it allows to quickly leave the medina, where taxis are not allowed, and hail a taxi outside of it. there is also a very friendly donut store owner in the same street as the riad where you can get a sugared moroccon donut (sfenj) for 20 cents (2 dirhams).
the beds mattress was very firm (to firm for my liking).

Wonderful traditional Riad palace hotel in the medina. Located a 5 minute walk from the coast main road outside the Andalucian garden and Bab Oudaya city gate, the location is perfect. The interior decor of the hotel is elegant and stylish in true classic Moorish style. Excellent for photos. The rooms are quiet and well furnished. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was really out of this world. We loved it here.

Beautiful Riad in the heart of the Medina. Great location, 10 min walk to the ocean beach, 5 min walk to Kasbah and Andalucian Gardens. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, we were served mint tea on arrival. We were given a choice of room based on our tariff. Breakfast was great - fruit, bread, pancakes, tea, coffee, orange juice. Manager was very helpful and took us to get a taxi back to the station at the end of our stay. Highly recommend property.

Easy to find location, beautiful decoration, friendly manager & delicious breakfast made this Riad more valuable to stay. Thanks to the kitchen’s staffs for the delicious Moroccan mint tea right on our arrival & for the delicious breakfast with the fresh pressed orange juice & the finally-perfect omelette we had in Morocco.

Nice and clean room as well as location. Staff was kind and breakfast was good
The breakfast area is in front of the bedrooms on the ground floor (like ours), so you can hear that from the room

Everything is well placed and you feel part of a moroccan traditional place. The staff were absolutely welcoming, specially Majid who was always aware of us and took time to explain to us special things about moroccan culture. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed their traditional breakfast
