We had such a fantastic experience! This place feels like a mini resort. Staff were all so fantastic!! Shoutout Ihlam who was such a wonderful help and she made us feel at home. Food is beyond exceptional! Only thing to mindful of is location. It’s a 10 walk from Tram which can take you right into the heart of rabat. It was also surprisingly nice to see the row of restaurants along the water on the Sale side which in my opinion were nicer and more higher end than the rabat side. For those okay with walking and adventuring this is just fine. But if you’re looking to take taxis it’s a little more inconvenient because only certain taxis are allowed to go from city to city in morocco and those taxis are more expensive. We recommend no more than 100dirham from Rabat Ville Train Station to this hotel in a white taxi. All the best

An artistic hotel with super location along side the river and stuning view. The room and facilities are comfortable as well. We very much enjoyed the dinner in the yard and indulged in the beautiful view and romantic music. In general, this is an impressive hotel to enjoy during our stay in Rabat

Not all the foods and drinks were set up on breakfast table, need to ask the staff to take them out from the kitchen.

The location, the outdoor pool (my favorite thing), the cleanliness, the staff, the good smells of the halls

For a 5-stars hotel, coffee and other drinks should be served by the kitchen at breakfast, not by coffee machines (the coffee was mediocre). Also, the buffet needs more variety. We appreciated the international tv programs on the room TV, but there were no Moroccan stations (appalling) !! Towels felt rough and scratchy

the location and view is the best in Rabat. The team is super friendly, accommodating and everyday were checking for feedback and offering smiles and hospitality. A very calm facility with great ambiance at the pool & restaurants. Thumbs up for the hotel management & front desk management as well

some balconies are a bit close to other rooms, not a main issue unless you wish to sit out long hours. The room was spacious , clean and more than accommodating however more lamps, artwork or furniture would make even better

Amazing location. Very spacious and cozy rooms with amazing views over Rabat and the river. The beach bar and outside area is like a fairytale. The food is fresh and healthy. Really worth the money and will definitely be back soon!

Only the beds were very, very hard but nevertheless slept great :)

the hotel was amazing with their assistance about urgent decorating the room for a new couple marriage and how they manage it to keep as surprise to them. me and others members of my family they like the view, yes it's all about their amazing view that you can not even imagine. the breakfast was also very good, we like it. it's very very very calm. Wait for us, seems we find our new home in sale :)

only stayed here for a night. No doubt this is a very elegant hotel, spacious room, clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast. The staff at the restaurant at night facing the water are great. The view is amazing from the room.

The design of the room’s balcony does not allow for much privacy from the neighbors

The room didn't have a good view. Also, the bathroom shower head was not fully functional and was making a mess as the jets were spraying water all over, causing mess outside the shower area.. No padee next to the toilet, like other Moroccoan cities.The breakfast buffet selection was very limited and small.

The Dawliz is a beautiful and classy hotel with a superb art collection and a breathtaking view on Rabat's landmark Hassan Tower and national theater accross the soothing river that separates Salé from Rabat. Sitting for breakfast or for a drink in front of this dreamlike scenery made our stay special and unforgettable.

Although this is a five-star hotel, it sometimes falls short of what you would expect from this category. The carpet in the hallways is full of stains and should have been replaced a long time ago. There is no guest book in the room, so you need to find out everything yourself. The gym has neither water nor towels.

The location and rooms were comfortable. The bathroom was clean with a shower. The view is really what makes this place great, you see a view of the Zaha Hadid and the river, as well as seeing the Mohammed 5th mausoleum.

The staff were fine but could have been more friendly and proactive, wasn’t 5 star standard. At some points it was uncomfortable dealing with them. We were also newlyweds.
