The atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxing. We had dinner several times in the hotel, which we normally don't. The food was nicely prepared and delicious, and very good portions. The staff were lovely and attentive, without being intrusive. Excellent service, people and atmosphere. The cleaning team was also amazing. It was wonderful arriving to the room, nicely cleaned and organized, after a whole day at the conference! Reception was helpful with everything. Good location, close to the tram station, but also walking distance to all the key attractions.

The hotel was next to a busy road which could be noisy in the evening.

A lovely comfortable hotel in a good location. Comfortable bed decent breakfast and some lovely staff, particularly the housekeeper on our floor.

Some of our group had west facing rooms that were hot. They were told the air conditioning had been turned off due to the time of year - despite it still being quite hot. Fortunately our room faced east and with the window open it was comfortable. Given incorrect directions when trying to locate a restaurant - sent in entirely the wrong direction. Suggest you rely on Google Maps instead

The breakfast generally is good. However, this time, I did not take breakfast as I had many back to back side meetings. The location of the breakfast dinning area is good as it is on the Mezzanine floor, close to the meeting rooms. That way, people can come out of breakfast and go straight for their meetings.

I guess it is a gradual process for all the hotel rooms to be completely renovated. I got a good room though. The staff always try to ensure I get a good already renovated room

We had our honeymoon here at le diwan 11 years ago. The same receptionist Salah recognised us to our amazement!! He upgraded us to a deluxe room and made sure we had everything we needed until checkout. Well spoken, polite, absolute class! Thank you Le Diwan!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

The location is excellent. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. They took extra effort to make sure of our comfort. They are also very professional and reliable.

The breakfast service was not as expected: there were delays, the messemn was cold, cutlery was often missing, coffee was not served, fruits finished soon.

Now, this is the same comment for most hotels in North Africa. Smoking!!! Why is this habit still allowed in the public areas of the hotel? The bar area is located in the lobby area and the smell that greets you in late afternoon is not pleasant.

Friendly staff. Got a room with a balcony in the 1st floor. Hotel is well maintained and has a good restaurant.

They allow smoking at the bar. There was some renovation going on so some noise during the day but I get it's temporary.

In general was a really good experience. Staff was helpful and kind, the took the luggage to our room, car was safe parked in a private area. Room was big enough, no noisy even though was in the street side. There's laundry service in case of need. Breakfast was really good: live cooking for crepes and omelettes, many different options... also fruits! Cereals were also different, just some of them a bit wet, like passed. On the other hand, the location was really good also to visit places, move by walking and forget the car!

The coffee, as in many other hotels is pretty bad. Better to place a Nespresso, o Nescafe machine, and leave it there.

Easy check in, with very welcoming staff, and super helpful people

Some of the furniture in the room, were bit old, the corners in the toilet were a bit not very clean, I believe a better job can still be done.
