I really enjoyed my stay at My City Hotel. The pictures are indeed accurate. The kitchen was well equipped (cutlery and pans included). The staff was ready to help us all day. What's more, they thoroughly cleaned our room every day, so throughout our stay here we could enjoy a tidy room with fresh sets of towels. The shower was spacious, the warmth of the water was a treat in itself. The hotel is in the cultural centre of Rabat. Not to mention all the restaurants offering brunch deals in three minutes of walking distance. In my opinion, My City Hotel is extremely good value for money. I highly reccomend it anyone.

This unit was larger than expected and had all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was free and easy, there was a nice lift, and checking in was easy. Good AC and room darkening window coverings.

The only negative was an unpleasant smell when we first entered the room. It seems like the room had not been used in a while and there was a slightly bad smell coming from the shower drain. But we opened all the windows and doors and it went away.

I loved it. We were three people and one of us slept on the couch. The service was amazing. Helped us with recommendations where to eat and helped us exchanging cash for cab. Was really last minute booking. Booked at 22:00 and showed up 30 minutes later.

The balcony on the ground floor was more of a terrasse and was closed off with walls and therefore no fresh air to help with the heat. But that's it.

My apartment was lovely. Very clean, extremely spacious. Facilities were great. It was very close to restaurants, a great supermarket etc and easy to hail cabs from the main road nearby. The staff - especially Hassan - were very friendly and helpful.

The bed was a little hard for my liking but that’s just a personal preference. Also a toaster would have been good in the kitchen but not really a big deal.

Location was excellent, within walking distance of central Rabat. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful with providing recommendation for a hammam, printing boarding pass, booking taxis. I felt very comfortable there.

Nothing. I only didn't give 10 because the bathroom was of a slightly more basic than the rest of the room. But there was no problem at all with the bathroom facilities. Everywhere was spotlessly clean.

Very high standard of cleanliness and super nice staff

Very small point. I understood from the wording that there would be a washing machine in the apartment. However it was a shared facility on the lower ground floor. There were two machines, very good quality, so all was well. It was my error in part, because I did not look.tio closely at the pictures of the apartment, but just taking the wording which implied it was in the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment/hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, and the loft was spotless with a comfortable bed. It was also very peaceful—no noise or disturbances at all. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this place!

There were a few small facilities missing, but nothing too significant.

Located in a modern building in a quiet street, about 15 minutes on foot from several important sights (Modern Art Museum, Museum of History & Civilisation) and transport hubs (Rabat Ville train station, Place Al Joulane tram station). Clean and spacious. Comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen (basic amenities not provided). BIM supermarket nearby. Possibility to use the washing machine (not located in the apartment). Very helpful staff at the reception desk.

A few more plates in the kitchen would be a welcome addition.

The cleanliness, the shower, clean utensils, clean towels, underground parking, the receptionist (Hassan - deserves a pay rise, he was very warm, friendly and welcoming) and the overall ambiance. The distance from the centre is also quite considerable and convenient if you have access to a car. We only stayed for a single night and it was quiet enough.

Wish there was a washing machine in the room to do laundry but that’s about it. Careful with the balcony door, if you close it from the outside, there is no way to get back inside without help.
