1. The hotel is close to everything you might want to see, and even if you want to go somewhere, it is close to the tram station. 2. The staff were so nice and wonderful to talk to. I came early, and they prepared my room before the check-in time. I felt welcomed. 3. The room was clean, and I internet was fast, which allowed me to work at the hotel at night. 4. The lift is good and works very well. 5. The bathroom was spacious and had clean water in the sink's tap. Hot water was available almost immediately, too.

Best Value for money, with a central location which makes you feel at home. The hotel has a prayer area and a family kitchen run by ladies, they make very delicious homemade food much cheaper than outside. Must try it if you're looking to eat like at home. Mohamed at the reception was just amazing, always willing to help with a smile on his and very respectful. Salma and another lady made delicious tagine for me which was the best choice rather than having a fast-food outside.

Book with confidence. Best location, just 2 minutes away from the train station, clean, safe and quiet. Staff very kind and Mr Mohammed went above and beyond making sure I got the right bus to the airport and printed my boarding pass. Moroccan hospitality at its best. Thank you for everything ❤️ If you are in Rabat don't look elsewhere to stay.

I was only there for 1 night but the staff was amazing!, they looked after everything I asked for, the room was better than I anticipated. They also have amazing facilities, including a nice prayer room in the hall way. Also a cheeky fridge in my room which really came in handy! And room 9 is a nice view 😉

I had a double bed which was good but there was another single bed in my room. no problem! But just didn’t expect

The owner of the hotel, Sidi Mohamed, was friendly, kind and helpful. He even bought a new baby bed with a mattress and pillows to satisfy our request for a cot. For Muslims, there is even a well-decorated prayer room. The lobby is nice with sofas. And they kept our luggage after our check-out. Food at the hotel smelled very nice (we didn't have the chance to have it). The hotel itself is just a stone's throw from Rabat Ville train station. Highly recommended.

A little more care for the rooms and facilities would make the hotel much better. For example, bedside lights of our room were without bulbs, and the bathroom faucet was leaky even though just a little.

The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the views are stunning. I had a room with a balcony overlooking the city, and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the fresh air.

Great location in city center. Good value for money, Clean room. Despite the location close to a big avenue, not that noisy.

Quite old bathroom with high stair to go in. Electric billboard of the bank in the corner is powerful and lighted the room with different colors, as there were no full shutters at night, only curtains.

Fantastic value and 3 min walk to train station. Beds were comfortable, A/C and wifi worked well in rooms. Nice city view out of balcony. Staff was very helpful. Not sure why others rated this hotel lowly; I’ll be back!

Bathroom was tiny—sit on the toilet and your knees are under the sink. It is a wet floor shower bathroom (entire floor will become wet after shower). Some work in progress; painting in stairwell. Doors on closet and room door was a little wonky, but staff graciously explained the tricks to open and close.

Staff made me feel like a prince, variety of room choice that fits your style, housekeeping cleaned a stain in my jumper that I couldn't get rid of. Thanks to Mohamed who was exceptional with his advice. Best place I've stayed in rabat.

Nothing much ..

The breakfast (not included in the room fee) was good, and good value for money. The location, just 3 or 4 minutes walk from the train station on the centre of town, was perfect for us. We enjoyed our stay.

The toilet was a small and didn't have shelves for our toiletries, but it was very clean and was adequate.
