Very beautiful hotel, nice house and surroundings. Breakfast buffet that is very good with newly baked pancakes, bread and fresh juice. Helpful and nice staff that speaks good English. Very nice pool.

Before arrival we booked a taxi with hotel to be picked up at the airport. The taxi waited for us despite we arrived late. First impression was fantastic as we walked through the beautiful olive trees and the 19 century building with modern twist. Annis was kind enough to rearrange the rooms to accommodate us. We were a big group of 13 people with children. He welcomed us to the hotel. Since then he has been very supportive above and beyond. Thank you, Annis and your colleagues. We stayed for 10 days and the rooms were always cleaned up and the outside and the garden were very well looked after or maintain well. I fell in love with the garden. It is brilliant and I walk up at 6:30 and walk in the garden and enjoy the garden. It has great habits our children loved the peacocks in the garden. I miss the peacocks' noises. At the start the restaurant we thought the food wasn't so good, but gradually get better. Sadiaue the restaurant manager and Walid were super helpful and they were great looking after us. We enjoy going there and eating in the restaurant. They work incredibly hard. Thank you to Walid and Sadique for making our holiday great. The hotel has a fantastic facility such as the swimming pool and Hamam. We didn't use the hamam. The swimming pool was cleaned every day, and it was clean. Sitting anywhere and and in the looking the view was incredible. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday you will love this place. There was also a fantastic facility if you are going to town they had a free shuttle two twice a day, which made our journey easier. We travelled almost every other days. We would love to go back again. Our children didn't want leave back.

I loved everything.

Staff were very friendly. Luxurious treatment. Breakfast was an open buffet, very delicious. Internet speed was great. Rooms were beautiful. Peacocks and cats were friendly.

Location is outside Marrakesh, and it costs money (approximately 200 Moroccan dirhams) to visit the Riad Qodwa using a taxi from the city centre. However, good news is that there was a free shuttle to the city once you leave the Riad in the morning.

We loved how calm and relaxing the Riad was, surrounded by beautiful nature. My kids especially enjoyed the cats and peacocks. The staff were very kind and helpful, and everyone seemed happy. The gentleman who opens the gates in the car park was particularly friendly and helpful. The ladies who cleaned the rooms were hardworking, kind, and always smiling.

We enjoyed our stay at Riad Qodwa. - Friendly and helpful staff - very nice garden and pool area (did not try the pool as water was too cold in january). - Excellent breakfast. - Strong Wifi - Comfortable rooms with plenty of It's located outside Marrakech and in the middle of countryside so consider having a rental as a must

Some of the equipments (ex shower) looked a bit old and a renovation would be needed.

It was enwraped in a verdant frame with two pools reachable to everyone. The staff was cheerful and pretty both professional and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay in there.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was nice ans the rooms were incredible spacious.

The breakfast selection was limited. It would have been nice to have some fresh fruit and more warm options

Good place, good service! They washed our rental car, since we needed to drop off at airport. That helped us a lot to save some time. 😆👌

Only one thing. There is an issue with hot water. I would let it run for sometime since it takes time to come true all pipes, but there was a morning where was no hot what at all. I just thing there is simply not enough hot water for everyone in the mornings, but cold showers is not a big deal for me☺️

Very friendly staff. Provided a great information about excursions. Beautiful environment. The hotel is a very calm and pleasant quiet place. I’ll recommend to anyone who wants to visit Marrakech and expect a nice calm atmosphere

The menu has very less options. Wish had bit more varieties
